AOL Mail is slow/not responding in Windows Computer
Unable to delete & move email, also unable to send/receive email.
has a new Widows 10 computer, tried accessing email in Microsoft Edge & Chrome but unable to do any action.
Internet speed is 830 Mbps
Able to login and open an email on Chrome & Microsoft Edge but it's either very slow or not responding, then when the email comes up, we are able to open mail but will freeze & will no longer respond.
Also tried incognito browser, same issue
Email somehow works in basic version in Chrome & Microsoft Edge but very slow

Where ever in the world you are the main AOL page should be in your preferred language of choice

Navigation in new format is bad, really bad.
The new-ish formatting has some pluses. But, trying to navigate out of an article is really frustrating. This has been reported before and the problem continues. Either fix it to allow commonsense use of the back navigation arrow or provide an obvious link back to the home page.

Use less liberal news and provide more conservative news.
Your news is awlful.. You only provide news that slams the conservative viewpoint and supports liberals. Its very biased. EX: when Trump was president-you provide all kind of negative press. Now that Biden is in there-noting about his negative blunders, things he does that are are anti american etc. If you do it for one presidnet-you should follow the course of news for the next? AOL email prominently shows the senders web site address at the top of the receiving email which directly links the recipient to a competing web site in the case where the sender is a sponsor of a subscribers email flyer -
ie teleflora.com sending flyers on behalf of tidesflowers.com

resolve mail blockage
A certain mail through AOL is somehow blocked and the sender asked me to contact AOL. Numerous daily mails from MarketBeat Service is not arriving from the sender at MarketBeat. What can I do to correct this Condition. I have been a member for many years and when the service was stopped, they were able to reset and continue to forward daily mail to me.
Please help me.

Please move the Send Button of a comment
I post comments below articles and sometimes receive mail from other commenters. AOL notifies me that commenter has replied. However, oftentimes, the Send Button is not in my view and can’t be scrolled up to get in view. I don’t think it’s due to my laptop but would suggest you move the Send button above the comment block reply. Otherwise, it’s frustrating receiving a reply to my original comment but not having the ability to reply because of the Send Button.

Latest change to AOL homepage. You moved the e-mail count info from the left column to the right. Why &&%$#$ not leave it where it was ??? Might be a small change, but it is maddening to long time users. Also, leaving it where it was is better aligned with where it is on the e-mail page.
