You need to allow people to block spam domains
Spammers change their "from" info daily, or, use changing sub-directories or sub-domains that change to protect their root or main domain/url, making their spam unblockable. AOL used to allow users to block an entire domain. You need to reinstate this ability to block spammers, and then blacklist the main domain name across the AOL platform, as well as informing the url's registrar and/or hosting provider.

STOP making changes before ASKING the customer!
STOP making changes to a customer's AOL account without asking! OFFER a new format, but do not make it mandatory for older customers. Although I shouldn't be surprised given the utter lack of customer service at AOL.

You need a better way to control passwords and access your mail. When i signin with my VERIFIED password, I get a screen that says that it doesn't support my account. What is this?

Take down "State police locate missing person in Westbrook during suspicious vehicle investigation"
This article was posted august 2022 and came from the Hartford Courant. In the last month, the Hartford Courant has taken it down/ "de indexed" the article from google. Spoke to AOL and they said that if the article was down from the main source that it should be taken down from here as well. Is this possible? Would greatly appreciate that.

My AOL Mail has been offline for days now. Can't get there on computer. Only phone.

Bring back the AOL Chat Rooms
I have been with AOL for many, many years. Needless to say, I know you got a lot of flack for shutting down AOL's chat rooms and removing the messengers so all it is, is a news and email server and nothing more. However, here is an idea to make AOL extremely profitable again.
Restart the chat rooms the way it used to be, before it was closed down.
However, you could do an "AOL Premium" as well. For the premium price, depending on the level people pay for, they could get certain perks.

This new format is UNBEARABLE. I used to be able to change the width of the columns, or move the trash icon around. The column widths stink and I HATE that the trash icon is aaaallllll the way on the right. UGH!
