I really don't care about leaving messages and your editorial board. What I DO care about, though, is the mail. Return it to the way it was
You changed the mail WITHOUT asking your customers if they wanted the changes. Well, maybe we didn't want this "wonderful change". Why not? BECAUSE IT SUCKS!!!! I truly don't care about your editorial board, but, when something is working well, then leave it alone. This new email is horrendous. Go back to the way it was just this past weekend.

I am sick and tired of most conservative articles being marked as if they are improper. This does not happen except on conservative posts.
Do not "censor" conservative posts. Let ME decide if I want to open and look at those posts. If you want to ":censor" some of the posts why don't you mark the LIBERAL POSTS which would be more important.

Articule on Archer and the Corrupt Biden's. How about telling the truth.
How about telling the truth when it comes to the Biden's corrupt family business. After Joe tells the world that he never talked about Hunter's business dealing lying through his teeth. Then you guys come out and say that Archer shows nothing about Joe knowing all about Hunter's business dealing. AOL is just another "FAKE" news campaigning for the Dem's. Your dishonesty makes you look like CNN.

Don't prioritize ideology over actual news - it's a disgrace
I logged on to AOL to find your leading news stories are about serial killers, ice cream and Celine Dion with a couple of articles down the line about "liberals." Nowhere near the top of your news it the fact that the former president of the United States has been indicted. Or that the Vice President is publicly stating he was pressured. Is that not news enough for you? This is not a political. This is about our election systems. Our democracy. How about reporting on it? Posting it? Your willful disregard for actual news is outrageous.

Also, where are the Moderators to view and allow the comment. Twice in the last 10 days, they never approved... 1) A parody of the Twilight Zone, in re UFOs; and 2) Today two uses of "anti" in re Scientology's symbol of a cross with a "starry X" imposed on it. Restoring the Old E-mail Format
Why in the world did someone at AOL decide they needed an new email format? People stay with AOL because it's comfortable & they are used to it. It's called the tried and true method. Do you have to learn the hard way like Bud Light beer is learning? If I have to take the time to learn a new system, I'm going to be spiteful enough to learn somebody else's system and drop AOL. Unless some pencil pusher at AOL has an issue has a pride issue and will not admit to a mistake, then there is no logical…

Go back to the old (far superior) email format
I thought maybe I was the one who was out of step .... but I see from below, that VERY MANY users are also unhappy with the new email format. I can't believe you could have done any "end-user" testing before it was launched or ordinary users would have explained to the techies (or was it AI ?!!!) that it wasn't in many respects, fit for purpose. VERY POOR effort AOL.

Please go back to the old AOL or at least give people the option to stay at the old AOL. I think the new aol is terrible. It's too hard to delete mail and to hard to open and close it. When you go to open one email, other one opens and the Also, When you try to delete multiple emails it opens up another email

To expand, your news headlines have the same ridiculous, stretching, liberal bias of the Huffington Post, which Yahoo already employed when they bought you out. You are dirty liars, and I get laughed at for being loyal to your email address, which I only continue in case of old contacts, and I swear dirty oaths at your absurd news as I click through to my mailbox. Improve your Customer Relations team. They have sat on a problem of mine for two weeks. The entire problem is AOL's. It is unexplained.
When AOL is wrong, admit it and fix it. You won't get new subscribers if current subscribers aren't treated effectively and efficiently. When you call Customer Support, the least you should send out is a confirmation that it was received and that it is in resolution.

Make the local news LOCAL, not from a hundred miles away
What is AOL's fascination with the Villages? Even Orlando or Jacksonville is closer. You call it local news, but there is nothing local about it. Make the local news local....we want to know what is happening at home, not somewhere that has no relation to us.
