Freeze Yahoo search engine from migrating to our Chrome browser
Yahoo search engine seems to migrate and become the default search on our chrome browser. We do not use Yahoo on AOL or any other browser but it keeps reappearing as the default engine on Chrome despite the default search engine being changed and the Yahoo being deleted from the list of search engines in Chrome. How do we stop the infectious Yahoo search engine from taking over our Chrome browser?

Compuserve account doesn't have an option to update payment method
There is no option to update my payment methods when I go to myaccount.aol.com it only shows theuser informations but there is no options to view wallets, subscriptions, etc. Note that I am using a compuserve account.

Fix the rejection issue that I am experiencing
All my posts are rejected, when I appeal, my appeals are denied. My posts are respectful, truthful, and verifiable with no curse words or misspelled words. When I reported the issue to you customer service via chat, they sent me to this feedback forum to fix the issue. It is very annoying and as a dues paying customer, if it is not addressed soon, I will stop paying for my AOL service. I can get bad service for free.

Please fix text messages on news banner, it is blank
About a month or so ago, the text that accompanies the news items is blank. I am using Firefox and have tried other browsers to try to isolate the problem. The problem is common to all the browsers, the text is missing from the news articles and the only work around is to hit the F5 refresh key exactly 4 times and magically the text appears.
Is AOL aware of this problem and if so when will it be fixed? It's a really weird problem in that using the F5 key exactly 4 times will start showing the text next…

Better Curation of Content Involving People of Color, and Less Thirst Traps!
I've been on AOL since 1997 and just over the past few years, in particular recently, I've notice a trend of predominantly negative articles in your news rotation involving people of color--in particular, African-Americans. I can pretty much bet any story with people of color will have controversy, murder, death in general, or other negative topics whenever I see a an African-American or African face. It's disproportionate and obvious, and very disappointing and sad, although it also seems to reflect a broader agenda by higher-ups in society. Can you please at least even it out a bit?! Notifications not working in articles
In AOL articles, my notifications are showing I have notifications but when I click on the icon I get a message saying, "No Notifications Yet - start interacting with others and your inbox will be full in no time" This has been going on for 2 days. This is not the first time this has happened. Why does this happen and how can it be fixed?

My AOL email account is missing the “block this sender” option under “more” after opening an unwanted email from a scammer. What gives?
Provide an avenue for blocking phishing scammers with a button from email. My account does not provide that action under “more” upon opening the scamming email and does not allow blocking under settings.
