  2. Recovery of lost "Saved Email"

    I have been a subscriber of AOL since 1994. On October 30, 2025 I discovered that every "saved Email" on my master account "jjcshndrsn" and additional accounts, "buttnercreekhome", "hndrsn0221", "hndrsn0517", "deapilot", "usmc094418" and "gs13step10" was gone. I was shown no saved massage. AOL tech supporter "Roxy" was unable to recover anything. I am requesting support from any AOL technician to recover my missing "saved Email". James J. Henderson

  5. Stop arbitrary and capticious what you call community standards rejections

    I am realy getting sick and tired of your arbitrary and capricious rejections of my comments. I have posted quotes from news articles that aol posted and had them rejected under my comment and I have copied and posted the exact words used against me and only changed the name and been rejected and have had posts directed atTrmp with foul language accepted by aol then copied and posted the SAME comment changing name to Biden and then get rejected. Rejects occure when meerly the word you is inserted directing a comment back to a commentor and that is ridiculous.…

  7. redesign AOL mail webpage - when you delete a message blocks function keys

    When you delete a message, "Message deleted. Undo" blocks the top line of function keys - Keep as New, Move, Delete, Spam ... More, on Chrome Desktop browser trying 100% or 90% size font. Needs a redesign so this temporary pop up does not block the function keys.

  9. Stop the ads covering the content in articles

    It is becoming too difficult to read any AOL articles. Too many ads cover the content, and you must read between the ads -- sometimes only a line or two between the ads.

    AOL Calendar is not showing up on the Month page right away. It redirects to week everytime we open the AOL Calendar. Please create an option to setup the screen page to Month.

    The fact that you do not allow comments is of concern. WHY? Each post has "0" comments BECAUSE YOU DO NOT ALLOW DISCUSSION. WHY? I have been with aol since its inception. Knew the creators in Encino. The decision not to allow comments is disgraceful. I'm outah here and will be crusading for others to leave with me. Is your organization leaning fascist? Shameful!

    I called Tech and he was unable to help I have been with AOL for 35 + years.
    I turn on my computer / PC and use my Email and look at some of the news feeds that's it I'm too busy for anything else. But all I get is Ad after Ad after Ad. No one can figure out how to get rid of them. The tech said they were sponsored Ad's I'm not sponsoring them, I paid for AD FREE.

  20. I am having a problem with my signature.

    My problem is that the signature that I created a couple years ago has not been showing up as that created signature since Sept. 15.
    The problem was not resolved. Today I called again and spoke to someone who wanted me to provide this feed back.
