1. WHY AM I BLOCKED FROM READING COMMENTS?

   Why is it that when I click on "See Comments," at the end of an article, nothing happens? I've closed and reopened AOL and still no access to the Comments. I've checked my system for malware and spyware...there are no issues with either. Have also rebooted the computer and gone back on AOL's software. STILL CAN NOT ACCESS COMMENTS. Yet, I see that the total number of comments increases, so some of your customers aren't having this problem. What's up with that AOL? I'm a paying customer and am not getting what I'm entitled to. FIX IT !!!!!

2. Have Mail filters that work

   I pay for AOL ! I have to review spam folders because occasionally a legitimate email gets in there.
   There are many disgusting "subjects" let through.
   The mail filters (send to trash) do not work ! Why do you even pretend to offer them a/

3. Stop rejecting my comments on post...you've blocked me from posting or commenting which is a violation of my 1St amendment rights.

   AOL is violating my 1st amendment rights by rejecting any comment or post with the lame excuse that I am not following the rules no matter the comment. Even if I state I agree or I disagree...put an emoji ...any little action or response. If this continues I will have to file a complaint with Government officials. Remember Facebook did this to some of it's members and suffered legal actions. AOL will be next.

5. Can i block an entire domain?

   I receive a copious amount of spam. More than half of it comes from the same domain name: "gendafilem.nl". It is always preceded by a different gibberish alpha-numeric user name. I select each one, and mark it to be "blocked", only to receive more with different variants of the user name. How can I block everything that comes from this auto-generating domain?

11. Where can I send these nasty email I'm getting

    I keep getting NASTY emails. And I DO mean nasty. Luckily they end up in spam and I do the block senders and delete email option. When I get phishing emails saying they are from PayPal, FedEX and some of others, they have an email I can forward those to so they can look in to it AND deal with it. PayPal even sends me confirmation they received my email.

    With these NASTY emails I appear to have no recourse. Even if I do the block senders and delete emails, I have been getting more and more and more and more NASTY & DISGUSTING emails. AOL needs to provide us with some place to send these so YOU can take care of them.

    I know most are probably the same "people" and they just change one letter or number each time they send another email even though I've done the block senders and delete email in the SPAM folder. Only four today, but my SPAM folder is an ENTIRE page of SPAM. Some are even duplicates.

12. Get rid of these flickering ads!!!!!!!!!!!

    These flickering ads on the right of the news are distracting and can cause epileptic seizures. They are TOOOOOO much and are getting to be constantly on. Stop them...they don't work and I refuse to buy from these places like a lot of others.

14. Stop putting ads in the list of emails --URGENT

    Today for the first time I see that AOL is putting ads in my list of emails, as well as in banners at the top of my list of emails. THIS IS AWFUL. I have been a paid AOL user for more than 20 years. I don't have to put up with this intrusion. The banner ads and pop up ads are bad enough (and they are VERY BAD), but I have trained myself to ignore them. It is harder to ignore ads that are inserted in my list of emails and look like an email rather than an ad. You must stop this practice immediately. It is VERY offensive.

19. "www.compuserve.com refuses to connect" when I open my AOL emails. Fix error message for compuserve.com to access my compuserve emails.

    I need for you to do a FEEDBACK on an error message on AOL email page due to a glitch or bug in your system. The AOL agent tried to fix it through MIcrosoft Edge & Google Chrome, but failed to fix the error message The error is coming from a "BUG" in your system that needs to be fixed from your system to fix my problem. Please fix the issue ASAP. Thank You

20. Poor excuse for email services

    When I "move" an email to a folder, a copy stays in New Mail. If I delete the copy in New Mail it deletes it from the folder too! Please FIX THIS.
