I give AOL a big Zero on customer care! A ranking of 215th for AOL is too high! As it is now, AOL should be the lowest possible ranking!

After Yahoo took over AOL, the people that monitor comments are abusive against longtime users. I am trying to close my account with AOL, I do not trust what these people are doing with users' personal information. They are good representation of the hostile environment the world is living in! May God have mercy in Democracy, and We The People.

They have hired watchers with a right leaning prospective. Maybe Musk is in charge!

AOL started blocking all of my comments on news stories. They block one-word comments that have a small footprint on the story, like the word "great." I guess someone did not like the comment and blocked me because that person's opinion did not agree with mine. Is this what AOL has become, allowing one person to censor the opinion of many?

I called over 2 weeks ago and spoke to technical support about this issue. They STILL have not fixed it, nor have they gotten back to me about any progress in the issue. They just don't care or they are totally inept. This should be an easy fix for them.
