  2. I wish that AOL would allow users to block spam emails by country code.

I receive a huge amount of spam emails from many different country codes even though I do not have any connections to any countries outside of the United States. I HAVE, however been included in a couple of data breaches which is in my opinion, may be where they may be originating from. If we were able to block by country code(s), this would eliminate a lot of annoying spam. I am a 25 plus year user of AOL and I would like to stay with AOL, but some of this is getting users to rethink their loyalty.

  3. Get Customer Service back

I have tried for 3 months to find out why I cannot comment, like or dislike on news items. Tried chat 3 times and called twice. Nobody seems to care.

  6. Need help getting rid of an ad that keeps popping up

I clicked on what I thought was an email titled "Neurological Institute." Now I'm constantly get ads from the same place or something that's related. There is no box to the left of it for me to choose delete or report as spam, etc. Instead of a box there is a picture that if I click on opens the ad. The customer service rep I was speaking with told me to ask for someone like head of technical assistance, but I forget their exact title. My case is #31016390

  8. Even MORE ADS ?!?!?

Wow. I originally got my email address through my paid internet service with Verizon. Then they essentially sold their email customers off to AOL. Ever since then, I've had to wade through clickbait to even get to my inbox, which then always has advertisements in it. But now you have even added ads in my saved mail folders. Does your desire to monetize my email account have any end? Don't tell me about paid accounts - I'm not going to pay you to NOT exploit me.

  10. Your technical department told me to contact you about going to mail.aol.com on a new MacBook Pro running Tahoe version 26.4.1. Loading time

Loading time to get to mail.aol.com is about 3-5 minutes on new MacBook Pro running version Tahoe 26.4.1 operating system. You technical dept told me to submit this on feedback page after they tried several things to resolve issue. Looking forward to a solution.

  13. Make a deal with MSN to permit Outlook to transmit AOL.com messages to MSN.com account holders

I've received the following messages when I try to send emails to an MSN.com email address via Outlook:

"Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.
550: 5.7.515 Access denied, sending domain VERIZON.NET doesn't meet the required authentication level. The sender's domain in the 5322.From address doesn't meet the authentication requirements defined for the sender. AOL support tried twice to fix this but couldn't. One agent told me AOL considers Outlook…

  14. Go back to AOL search, Yahoo stinks. It does not open, or completely open, all the entries it brings up

Get rid of yahoo search. It's worthless. And when I tried to comment, it wants me to sign in to Yahoo.

  15. I am sick and tired of the garbage on the news feed. Is there a way to customize this? I used to be given stories from actual sources

Allow me to choose and customize the sources for my news feed. I am sick of the garbage from Parade and People magazine. I used to get stories from the LA Times and the Miami Herald, and now 58 out of 59 stories are pure **** and ads. Shape up already. Let your customers have an option

  18. Setting up ads within emails is just wrong. It's like a booby-trap waiting for the user to click on accidentally.

Don't do it. Placing ads within emails is absolutely the wrong thing to do to your clients. They are like booby-traps waiting for the user to click on accidentally. A little immoral.
