News on home page
You have interesting news topics but it is not worth my time to read two or three sentences per page and have to click on NEXT and wait for all the pop-ups to load, to read the next few sentences. So I don't read the articles. Try putting the entire story on a single page with your ads on the side.

Listen to your customers
AOL pretends to want feedback. And then totally ignore it. If you look at all the hundreds of suggestions, they may be worded slightly different, but it all comes back to the #1 complaint. STOP THE NEXT PAGE FORMAT. No one likes it at all. How many times do you have to be told? Why do you totally ignore you customer wishes. You cannot block specific scam or spam domains. you should be able on access through a mobile device the ability to block senders

Also, the app and portal populates potential old email contacts and there is no way to delete them. The folder contacts states no contacts, but aol must be caching them somewhere out of reach
