    I have been a member of AOL since it began. I got my e-mail on the first dial up! Yet in this last year you have gone overboard with this woke ****, your reporting false facts about COVID and are part of the LEFTIST PROPAGANDA. Please re-evaluate your position, as the tides are changing and the TRUTH is the only thing you can base FACTS on....I am to the point of leaving AOL after almost 30 years....

    I dont feel this to be true .. But its #1 on the news feed. And no one can comment on it. HMM.. No one will notice ? MSNBC... isnt popular anymore.. but yet its #1 on AOL. HMMM...

  6. transparency as to why comments are blocked

    I have been blocked from posting any comments for over 6 months without a reason as to why, how long it lasts or how to correct it. I have had recent posts blocked that were agreeing with the persons comments, a simple yes or no.

  11. Reporting fraud

    AOL should prove a telephone number or e-mail where customers can report fraud. I received a fraudulent e-main asking for my password or AOL would cut off my service. I do not provide it. I should be able to report this, so you can send out a warning to customers about this fraud attempt., as there are people, who would react and provide their passwords. It is AOL's responsibility to keep its customers aware of fraud. I have found, in my 15 years plus that AOL insulates it from their customers by not providing ways to communicate with them.

  12. What does it take to be removed from my comments being censored?

    My comments are being censored. I can write "dog" and it does not meet guidelines. This makes me think it is just a blanket censor. This violates the First Amendment

  14. AOL Monitors on Comment Boards

    Stop allowing AOL monitors to be so biased in rejecting comments, even those comments which do not violate community standards. There is a Pro Trump monitor that will reject all of my comments, even a comment that simply said, "God Bless America". How does that violate Community Standards?

    I propose an appeal process where the rejected comment goes to a different monitor who may not be as biased.
