AOL's guidance to comply with AOL's security parameters by Oct. 20, 2020 do not have the full instructions for different 3rd party email platforms, and there should be a way to check to see if your 3rd party email platform is in compliance - there isn't a way to check.

Fix email
I have not been able to send or forward email since Dec 2019. There are numerous help ideas that don't help. I was able to send and forward and then something broke. I am trying to send to an email that you verified and you even sent a code that went through.

I wanted to email you some screenshots but couldn't get your direct email address. Anyway, this has to do with usernames used in 'conversations' in postings about articles on your AOL Mail page. AOL has given me 2 different usernames. Well one I chose--3deedan--but the other one--3deedan785--I did not choose. I am not allowed to edit the user names. I have no way to control which username an AOL conversation decides to use. I only want the 3deedan username and not the 3deedan785 one. I want all AOL conversations to use the 3deedan username. Allow us to pick our news (choice of feeds). You are not providing us news. It is comment, editorial and/or opinion.

AOL's latest headline that Trump's rallies are attended by only whites is racist and biased. At least he has an audience. The news never shows who Biden speaks to. And the softball questions Biden got from CNN's Anderson Cooper were a joke. Biden claimed that 200 million Americans have died from COVID 19 and Cooper didn't even challenge him. You are joke!

Stop entering next page on articles. It's very time consuming and irritating.
Put all the ad's at the end of a article instead of using the next page to drive long time customer's away. I've been with AOL from the very first day of it's creation but I've just about reach my limits and NO I'm not going to spend more money to eliminate ads just to read an article I'm paying AOL as a paying member.
