  5. Your tech support is garbage.

    My emails from 2020 disappeared from my 'old email' folder. Based on other internet postings, AOL obviously has a problem with its servers and the only way to get AOL to resolve their problem is to pay AOL for tech support! That is the symptomatic of an arrogant company on its way out of business.

  14. Either my comments are being blocked, or they aren't being sent.

    For the last 6 months, AOL's comment section has not responded, as it did, prior to that time.
    It will show that my comments are sent.
    But it's obvious not working.
    I can read other comments, with no responses being received of people reading my comments, because none of them are seen by other people.

    AOL's choice to include advertising in the process of viewing email is both dumb and annoying. I'm so upset about waiting to retrieve my email that I completely block out the advertiser. Who wins under these circumstances?

The books look like they involve ****** mplants. Thsi shor of offensive demeaning to women ads got TERMINATED on TV decades ago, why is VERIZON demaening women by putting this **** on AOL?!
