AOL Mail format
Dear AOl:
About 2 years ago, you changed your mail format. Now, there is not much space to compose an email or reply to an email or forward an email. The old version gave you a whole blank page to write an email. I have used AOL my whole life and want the old mail format version back. Please let me know how we can get that format back. Thank you. Stop blocking my account for sending 650 personal emails. I pay for AOL It needs to work w/o having to change my pswd because of emails.
A few times of year I need to send 650 emails for personal use. It is not biz or bulk, but this time you blocked my acct and forced me to change my pswd even though I called in and verified this is me. The rep said she could not prevent it from happening again, so BE ON NOTICE that next time I will cancel my account and stop paying you a monthly fee. AOL gets worse and worse every year. It should get better, not worse.

Stop accepting ads that phish for people's data by popping up fake Windows Defender warnings. THREE of your ads on the news today do that. Is that what AOL has become?? You SANCTION phishing???

Make Blocking Easy
What happened to being able to block spam addresses in the More menu. It disappeared. Now in 12 hours my account received almost 200 spam messages. Yesterday I cleaned out my Spam folder 3 times and woke up to 100 emails in that folder. Gmail doesn't make me upgrade to manage my the flow of Spam into my inbox why do you?!
