  5. Your ads cover the arrows so I cannot scroll through news stories stop THAT!

    the ads cover the news area so that you cannot scroll through the news stories. When you click on the ad, it STILL won't go away when you return to the news. SMH aren't you people smarter than this? I won't and never will buy anything from any of these companies, nor will I click on an ad again just to get rid of it. I will stop using your news site instead!

  7. RESTORE THE OLD FORMAT

    Today the Quick access file was removed. Yesterday My folders in the Favorite section are gone. You did away with the Alphabetizing of my contact list and now I'm forced to scroll to find a contact. Addresses do not appear when selecting contact. Instead I get a name with a silly emoji preceding it. What am I? Some sort of child. Worse of all my secondary sign in account which was seldom used was completely erased. Years of photos and documents plus paid for programs are gone. It won't we long before I'll be gone. Gmail is looking better and…

  10. Stop moving things around. Just when you get used to where everything is you move it, change it and not for the better.

    Leave things alone unless they are broken or get a major majority of suggestions/complaints. Moving things around just to make it look different but not making it better, easier or more user friendly is insane.

    I used to be able to go one by one through your news articles on aol.com. Now, not only do you interrupt the progression, I can't go back to an article. Most of the time I leave the website at the first interruption. It wasn't broken, Why did you fix it? It's now broken. I am now one less person to read your ads.

    You guys changed my account to a 2 step verification as of April 2023 without my permission! Please change it back to the way it was with a one step verification as I am trying to find a job so I can keep a roof over my head and you guys changed my account so I can't log in to look for a job!!!!!     My comments keeps on getting rejected every time i post a comment. I have been experiencing this since November. I have already contacted AOL Tech support for thrice they did clear cache and cookies on my AOL Desktop Gold but it is still not working. They told me to leave a feedback and wait. Hoping for your response as soon as possible.

  18. Quit making us sign in at every change of location even when you check "stay signed in! I will be forced to leave after over 30 years!!!!!!

    Quick making me sign in when I change locations even though I've checked stay signed in!!!! After 30 plus years you force me to leave AOL!!! I've called several times to complain! This stupid new policy is not to protect customers but to sell us stuff. I have a house, I have an apartment - have to sign in each time I move!
