Better training for your online agents.
I just finished a support session with your agent, I was told my problem could not be changed (auto scroll on welcome screen of current news articles). When I went back to my computer it was working fine. My idea is better training for your agents.

Provide a bit more detail for your tech agents who I have been on the phone with the last 4 days
Being without Internet on both my cell and computer for 4 days has been a bit frustrating. The computer was fixed, but the issue on the cell has been temporarily fixed without any suggestion of when or if AOL will let me know

Please change the profane gesture photo by Marco Bottigelli - Getty Images. This photo seems to fit the Prevention article by Tim Newcomb.
Whether this photo was selected by AOL from Getty Images, or was printed in Prevention magazine, someone might not have done this intentionally. I have seen it on my AOL..com page for several days. It is obviously created to hide a profane gesture in the middle of hands and arms. This is not respectful to the people found dead by archaeology as described in the Prevention aricle by Tim Newcomb.

I requested a Download of Data, I got something that doesn't open
I wanted to copy my saved mail and files from the AOL account. They download supposed data, but when I unzipped it, it was still raw data.

Apparently I have been permanently banned from commenting on any AOL stories.
Remove the permanent ban upon my account which keeps me from posting comments to news stories on AOL. As a paying AOL member, I have yet to figure out why I have been permanently banned. I know my comments have not violated the community guidelines and feel that this ban is not only unjustified, but targeted. It has been over two years since I was banned and, quite frankly, for this level of service I can take my business elsewhere.

Be equally fair with the republicans. You are so pro dem's, it is sickening and very sad for this country. Its' ok to pay the Dem's to be paid for their speeches, but let a Republican, you criticize a republican for making money, but that ok.
