The new email layout is inferior. Why make a change like that? Please return to the previous layout. It's much better to navigate.

Let people see the responses to their comments instead of saying the comment is not available at the time
I can't respond to people if I can't see what they said when they responded to one of my posts. This is happening more and more frequently.

New Email Format is a Huge Step Backward -- it takes twice as long to do simple tasks!
What incredible lack of skill or empathy led to the new AOL web email interface that insists you "Apply" every action first before implementing ... eliminates the "Old Mail" folder so you can't find any already-read emails ... features a Search your email box function that no longer works at all ... and makes you go page by page to eliminate Deleted emails instead of in one fell swoop as was done previously?! Plus you can't even see the function options at top or bottom of the screen if you have larger fonts enabled -- you have to scroll up…

Have AOL provide full stories to headlines Traffic conditions are important AOL should not give headlines of traffic changes if it will not post complete articles. The Press of Atlantic City attempts to lure people to get subscription to read complete article. The paper is hurting for subscribers, This is a foul way to tease readers and users of AOL

Tech support told me to address my issue here.
Case #: 21118810When I try to compose an email and I start typing the forst few letters of the contact, nothing comes up.... it does not auto populate from my contact list. When I look at my contacts, they are all there. When I try to search my contacts, a message appears: "No Matching Contacts Found".

Improve your Help Center
Cut down on the outside noise in the Help Center and get techs who can actually help. The one I had a couple of days ago, I couldn't understand his name, or most of everything he said -- what it boiled down to was it wasn't a problem with AOL -- it was my equipment. WRONG. Reclaiming email username
If people have an email that they have not signed into in over a year ( say if this email is being used for a software login or Apple ID), the email name should still be available for the owner to reclaim by showing proof that they are in fact the account holder.
Many people have multiple emails and some don't get check as often but are still being used for software or other logins.

Stop with all those DAMNED ads.
Stop with all those damned ads, they are disruptive to my time on the computer... I am seriously considering changing to another and 'free' service since 99% of my incoming email are **** on AOL !!!!
