I did not meet "Robin" and do not know where in Aurora, Colorado she or they lived.

AOL Favorites
AOL Webmail favorites not working with Firefox and Chrome. They do work when I go directly through AOL Gold. I worked with AOL Tech Support and cannot find solution.

Favorites issue
The Favorites are not showing up on Google Chrome, but they are showing up on Microsoft Edge. Tried all thetroubleshooting steps and nothing worked out.

Problems moving mail
when I move mail from the new mail folder to the folder files the email says it has moved..
but the mail still stays in the new mail folder and will not leave the new mail floder? If I close aol app and turn off phone then turn phone on the mail will disappear??
I can delete it but not move mail from new mail.I'm using a Samsung phone android operating system..
this has been going on for 2+ weeks very frustrating?

Post information online about how to log in to post comments on articles.
I've been posting comments on articles for years. As of 2-17-26 when I "click" on the log in icon as requested in text there's no assistance in permitting me to again post comments. How about AOL does a better job at this & "DID (dial it down" on the "rejecting comments".

Somewhere there must be a button that was changed inadvertently. Why is new mail (not spam) going directly into TRASH? This is new.

I am having a problem with my signature.
My problem is that the signature that I created a couple years ago has not been showing up as that created signature since Sept. 15.

STOP needing code via 2 step verification to access email. IF 2nd party needs code from 3rd, 3rd from 4th, etc; never access goal. If 2nd needs data from 1st, impossible infinite loop. 2 step verification should be option, customer choice; NOT required. Thanks for phone tech agent help trying work around.

Get better spam filters
The last couple of weeks the amount of spam I'm receiving has increased by an order of magnitude. In the same time, your spam filters are catching significantly less of it. This needs to be fixed. Maybe you should use some of that AI that we're all being told is so wonderful.

Problem with Comment LOG-IN...
Once again, there's an issue with being able to have your account automatically be logged in to view and or post comments. When you scroll down and click on "View Comments," it won't show your account. You'll see the Bell Icon and "Log-In" feature. Yet, when you click on "log-in," it takes you back to the beginning of the article. And when you click on the "Bell Icon," you get a pop-up screen that offers a "Subscribe" buttom...but clicking on that does absolutely nothing; it takes you back to view the most recent three available comments. WHAT'S GOING ON AOL?…

2-step verification ends a deadlock
2-step verification to a Yahoo account ends in a deadlock, Both wants the code from the other to sign in. Most interesting is that the account setting has 2-step verification turned OFF.
How about adding to this "help" page > "https://help.aol.com/articles/help-signing-in" how to the delete the AOL/Netscape cookie that caused this Coding Bug.
Lucky to have a friend visiting, to use their device to sign in to complete this post.
Also there is need to retest that Verified this device works.

AOL has been targeting my ip address for 2 years now. I have been with AOL for 30+ years. Every comment is immediately rejected. WHY?
STOP TARGETING MY IP ADDRESS on the comment sections - I have been with AOL for 30+ years. I am a 20 year veteran, and this treatment is wrong.
