    I am a PAYING AOL customer.
    This "un-user friendly" new email format is really bad.

    I cannot believe you used my money so carelessly.

    The new format SUCKS!!!!!!!!! 615 pages of feedback - MOST are related to mail format....99% hate it. Go back to the old format

  5. Better stationary styles

    Bring back the old stationary selection. The new format’s stationary is very minimal & I personally don’t care for a lot of the styles.

    You put a 47 year old baby, with a Bad Back, in a 6 Billion Dollar Fighter and He NOT only Crashes it He LOSES IT! And THEN you pay a bunch of Ragheads (who probably kidnaped our people in the first place) SIX Billion Dollars to release 6 men who were Falsely in prision!

  9. You can improve my getting rid of ALL of the inept people who have NO business presenting themselves as a "journalist".

    It NEVER ceases to amaze and DISGUST me, insofar as the stupidity of those who attempt to be competent "journalists" on A-HOLE L. You "people", or, more accurately, "creatures" who attempt to "write" an article for A-Hole L should go do something else. Maybe dig holes at a cemetery.

    Please bring back AOL classic Mail format; it was easier to read (it tab into new page), better in cleaning unwanted emails, plus much more. This new method is causing trouble in cleaning/clearing emails, not able to really read email ...seriously it goes off too much to the sides which is covered with commercial advertisements ...
    Years ago when new aol mail ideas were introduced the public were asked and given option to keep classic ... Truth be told I did tried new methods but like always something were always bad to worse that I had to re-down load back…

THE RICH & SUPER RICH NEED TO PAY THEIR FAIR SHARE OF TAXES, INCLUDING ALL OF THE SHARES, & BENEFITS THAT THEY GET. THERE SHOULDN'T BE POVERTY IN THE USA IF ALL OF THOSE "PRIVILEDGE" PEOPLE WOULDN'T CHEAT SO MUCH THE TAX SYSTEM W THEIR LOOPS. PLEASE DO THE RIGHT-ETHICAL-MORAL THING BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE.     Your saying ..."thoughtful feedback". We're always trying to improve our products and can use of "most popular feedback" to make a "positive" change. Obviously, you have not once paid attention to long-term users and how difficult the new layout is anything but a positive change, Don't be saying positive change--the only I can see after reading many messages is to put back format in use before change.
