  3. Writing emails is now a figgin' mess

    You've reduced the font sizes to maybe six and with each and every email I've got to AGAIN pick the font I want. Then I either have to click to delete whatever you call your line of font size, color etc or almost half of the screen is covered. Whomever came up with this nightmare should be fired!

  10. Allow turning off the "all-day-event" switch in the calendar.

    On the calendar, allow changing an all-day event to a timed event by turning off he "all day event" switch rather than having to delete the event and enter a new timed event. Sometimes I enter an event as "all-day" as a placeholder because I don't yet know the times, but then have to delete it and start over once I know the times.

  12. Bring back Mail settings. Why can't I just pull up my contacts and click to add. Why can I no longer change the font size?

    I don't like the new setting at all. So completely different and NOT better.

  15. Allow use of AOL for persons that are blind, deaf, and/or dumb or without phone.

    Phones are so expensive that to afford one I would not be able to afford to pay for AOL also. Please find a way to just stem the course for using this site without the need for a phone.

    Hate the new format that was automatically put on my email. There was a icon that said if you wanted you could get the "standard; form but that was not what I had. I must have been using the really, really old one but that is what I want.

  20. Just talked to aol Tech support and June suggested to contact you thru this format.When I open the news under aol often around the 5th site

    You sometimes allow an ad for discount US stamps. This offer is completely bogus, illegal. Why do you allow such ads? No vetting?
