I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE RETURN OF FREEDOM OF SPEECH. I HAVE NOTED ON AOL THAT IF ONE VEERS TO THE MODERATE OR RIGHT ALL ONE'S MESSAGES FROM THE RIGHT ARE LEFT IN SPAM. NOW I NOTICED THAT THE INFO FROM JOURNALS HAVE BEEN ERASED. SHAME ON YOU AOL! I am reading my AOL mail today. It goes to today at 9:30 AM and then stops. The next email is August 15. How an I suppose to read my email

Stop labeling Fox News email pushes as possible spam. You don't do that for CNN news email pushes
You label email from Fox news as possible SPAM even though I have them in my address boo. You don't do it for anything from CNN. It makes aol appear to be biased.
We think this is spam. We still put this into your Inbox as the sender is in your contact list. You can mark this message as safe or remove the sender.

Stop blocking AOL CONVERSATION comments that do not violate the code of conduct
Occasionally I have been blocked from further comment on a news item because I have been 'blocked by too many' others. None of my comments have been insulting or violated the code of conduct in any way. I was blocked because too many others did not like my opinions favoring gun regulations or otherwise hurt the feelings of some conservatives.

I called support on behalf of my relative and tried a three call. I was informed three way calls were not allowed "for Security" can you say COST?
We are both long time Verizon/AOL mail users. He cannot solve without me. I have remote support software on his computer.

return to the old format. this 'new' one is hard to navigate, old mail is hard to delete because it shows up somewhere else, sometimes in more than on place, useless ads in a banner that you cannot delete until the entire page is deleted, most of those ads are spam or scams and many of those products are from china anyway! if you give feed- back on those ads, they just either come right back or new useless ones come up and you could spend hours giving feedback and they never stop, yet, ads still come up in your…

allow messages to come through that are not in contacts list while others are blocked
I want to block addresses I choose to block and also spam but allow all other messages to come through even though they are not on contact list. I am missing important messages at times.

AOL probably ought to have an easy way to report fraudulent advertising. Some companies use spoof@companyname.com or the like.
I saw an ad for https://memorialstamps.com on "Today on AOL" and thought it looked too good to be true. But I tried ordering 300 stamps for $81 since it did have the https:// of a secure website but the payment was declined. I called my credit card company and they said there was an attempted charge for $81 originating somewhere in Asia, definitely, but I think they said Hong Kong. They said it looked like clothing not stamps and was evidently fraud and that it had been declined. I am thankful that they pay attention to attempted fraud.
