Stop arbitrary and capticious what you call community standards rejections
I am realy getting sick and tired of your arbitrary and capricious rejections of my comments. I have posted quotes from news articles that aol posted and had them rejected under my comment and I have copied and posted the exact words used against me and only changed the name and been rejected and have had posts directed atTrmp with foul language accepted by aol then copied and posted the SAME comment changing name to Biden and then get rejected. Rejects occure when meerly the word you is inserted directing a comment back to a commentor and that is ridiculous.…

Can i block an entire domain?
I receive a copious amount of spam. More than half of it comes from the same domain name: "gendafilem.nl". It is always preceded by a different gibberish alpha-numeric user name. I select each one, and mark it to be "blocked", only to receive more with different variants of the user name. How can I block everything that comes from this auto-generating domain?

Allow me to comment. I have had AOL since I got my first computer. I had always been able to sign in, read articles and comment. No longer!
Since I have had AOL, pay and use auto deduct from my financial account I am in good standing. I could sign in, read articles and comment. As of a few months ago I am now required to sign in to comment when I am signed in to my account. Today I am not allowed to sign in to comment. If AOL wants me gone, tell me and I will save the monthly fee I pay. I was upset having to sign in twice but did so since I had been with them so long. Now I am allowed to…

Remove Peoasis from advertising
Please remove a company called Peoasis, a Chinese company from Kow-Loon, from AOL. They are advertising a bogus product and taking advantage of our 250 year anniversary selling a wreath that they show as 3-D and is simply not. I purchased the same last year and received a flat pc of wood painted by a child, 12" wide. I am furious as I could not get my money back lest I pay 10 times the cost for shipping to China. Well, to start, how about making your entire AOL website user friendly!!!!! Without calling for help, there is no way you can find things.
I want to change myl contact information but there are no instructions on your website. Very very poor website! Last year you changed it from a good website to a bad website. Why would you do that? Now, I can't find anything. It's so frustrating I want to stop using AOL. I tried to call for help but was told I needed to pay. NOT good!!!!

Customer NON Support
There has to be a way to delete a loved one's account who is passing or has passed away. I keep getting the runaround by CSRs and one, Miguel, was extremely rude and shouted over me as I tried to explain my situation. I will never be using AOL in my lifetime!
