3. Improve Article Comments Notifications... not working

   Article comments notifications NOT working for a week now. The icon shows notifications are there but when the icon is clicked to see notifications, nothing shows up. Why have a comment section is readers cannot participate in discussions. Will someone fix this already.

7. Stop putting ads in the list of emails --URGENT

   Today for the first time I see that AOL is putting ads in my list of emails, as well as in banners at the top of my list of emails. THIS IS AWFUL. I have been a paid AOL user for more than 20 years. I don't have to put up with this intrusion. The banner ads and pop up ads are bad enough (and they are VERY BAD), but I have trained myself to ignore them. It is harder to ignore ads that are inserted in my list of emails and look like an email rather than an ad. You must stop this practice immediately. It is VERY offensive.

9. cannot see my notifications in the comments section

   My idea? Fix it. It was working somewhat until two days ago. Now when it says I have a certain number of notifications, I click on it and it tells me I have none. On top of that, even when it was working, you changed it. Previously, when you clicked on a comment notification it took you to that. Now, it just takes you to the article and not to the actual comments. I've tried different browsers, clearing my footprint, turning off my VPN. Nothing works.

10. Font mail issue

    When I download attachments and copy, the format gets distorted when I paste. The issue started recently so it was working just fine previously. Tried multiple troubleshooting steps with the aol agent: various browsers, devices, incognito, the basic page but still the format was distorted. On other email, like gmail, it's working and also on other aol accounts but not mine specifically. Got advised to submit a feedback for this issue.

    When I try to log in to AOL, I have to request a code. It arrives via a phone call—though in English (even though I am in Germany and selected German as the language). Furthermore, the recorded message is so fast and quiet that, as a German speaker, it is impossible to understand the English numbers. I have been an AOL user for decades, yet I have never encountered anything like this before. Consequently, I was unable to log in to AOL on a new computer.

12. Problem with Bell Icon Notification for Likes and/or Replies on News Article Comments

    There's been an ongoing issue, of late, with the Bell Icon notifications for "Likes" and/or "Replies" to comments made on AOL's news articles. The number will momentarily appear above the icon, but when you click on it...NOTHING new (bold print) in the pop-up list of notifications. In order to discern what was said, had to go to account listings and GUESS at what article I commented on. Why, you ask? Because there's also a glitch with the word POSTED not appearing (which won't permit you to click & go automatically to your comment). Nor is there a pic or headline so you can search for the article, click on "See Comments" and scroll down to the one you wrote. Cannot tell you how ANNOYING, and time consuming, this is. AOL...considering your available Tech advised they are unable to fix the anomalies (I've reported them all separately), kindly move this report up the food-chain and FIX the problems, plural. Thank you.
