    Can you remove Debbie Floyd and just print Debbie on the top of my screen? I like Debbie and it is good.

    I do not like picture letters or icons along with Debbie Floyd.

  8. This version of AOL mail is awful. Reduce the number of clicks needed to get to mail.

    The new format is , simply, terrible. No search feature, clumsy, hard to use and easy to make errors when using. Sometimes change for the sake of change isn't a good idea, and here it just isn't. I have resisted g mail, but now.....

  11. new December 2023 homepage is totally dysfunctional

    This new homepage is so unbelievably dysfunctional and disorganized. The games and horoscopes are given a better design than the news. Please give us the real homepage back or give us the choice to be able to revert to the classic version.

    I want to add contacts to add address and email address!

    What happened to my contacts? I found out that it is all gone in my address book and phone numbers. It would be added to an email book.

    So there are two separate books!

    Address book include phone number and email address.

  18. this new format is absolute trash! why did you do this? Ever hear the saying "if ain't broke, don't fix it" Can't copy & paste images now

    get rid of the drop down to select or apply. bring back copy and paste images into email. bring back the old format. this is awful. make email sorting options better

  20. draft emails!

    I have a hard time dealing with drafts emails.

    I typed email to the friend. It should not go to the draft even when I did not click so it would go to draft and anyone could edit it while I typed my email. I do not understand why it is already in draft and I am puzzled most of the time. I do often have two emails - one already in my draft and to someone. It is not right to do that way. Therefore, I am scared that anyone would edit without my permission and change the way…
