Deleting email folders and inbox of users of more than 20 years
I've had my account for over 20 years! And all my folders are gone now and I have no email whatsoever at all in my inbox?? How is this possible and is it legal to erase all my stuff like this? I had very important emails and info saved in this account in separate folders i created just for that reason and now theyre all gone! That should definitely stay in place and not be deleted or whatever has been done to my account. this is wrong on so many levels! the stuff lost now is probably gone and whats…

ADG issue in Address Books
Today I tried to open up my Address Book and all my passwords saved to contact name "AOL" are disappeared. Usually I click the edit and it shows up the list of password however right now the edit option greyed out so I'm not able to open it, we tried it using a web with tech rep, we can open the AOL address book, but it's empty. Please address immediately my concern it's so important to me those list of passwords.

ADG keeps on crashing
ADG keeps on crashing even after doing a back-up, uninstalling and then reinstalling the service or doing basic troubleshooting like power cycle

Please move your SPAM Button to a different location, its being hit by mistake.
Important items can't get back due to the spam button being too close together with other important buttons spam button is in the way and sometimes is hit by mistake. Can you try a different location it would be helpful.

Make secondary verification optional, customer choice. If A needs code from B, B needs code from A; impossible. If B needs code from D, D from E, etc, etc, intinity effort; never access any. If need second password, or security question answer from customer to improve security, then allow option.

fix the unsubscribe link
for months I have been receiving messages from "subscriptions@comms.aol.net" and for months i have clicked the unsubscribe link, and for months i am still getting emails from this address. Why is the unsubscribe link not functioning. All marketing preference are turned off, but you are still sending.
What is the issue? Why are you offerering UNSUBSCRIBE and not following my request?
