1. AOL's censoring software is poorly conceived and executed

   I made the following comment, and it was outright rejected even though it did not violate TOS:

   "Erika4489, aol doesn't edit posts. They sometimes put them on hold and/or reject them. When a post says "(Edited)," it means the original author of the post did the editing. See those three dots to the right of your name? If you click on the three dots for one of your own comments, you can choose to edit or delete your comment. If you click on the three dots for someone else's post, you can choose to report the post or to mute the person."

   It was a helpful post for a person who doesn't understand aspects of the comments section. I thought maybe it was because I used her moniker or used the word "you" too many times. So I tried again and posted, "AOL doesn't edit posts. AOL sometimes puts comments on hold and/or rejects them. When a post says that it is edited, it means the original author did the editing. For one's own posts, selecting the three dots to the right of one's name will give the person the options to edit or delete the post. Clicking on the three dots for someone else's post will give the options to report the comment or mute the person." This post was also rejected outright.

   Neither of these comments violated TOS. They were nothing but helpful. There was no profanity, no identity attack, no hate speech, no spam, no false information, and no sexual activity. Now the person to whom I was responding will remain ignorant about how to edit or delete a comment or how to report someone's comment that DOES violate TOS.

   My suggestion is that aol explain why a comment was rejected and that aol add an option to a rejected post that allows the poster to object to the rejection so that it is reviewed by an actual person since your censoring software leaves a lot to be desired.

2. No Spacing Between Letters

   For approximately one week now, there have been no spaces between the words that I type when I respond with comments to articles in the news carousel on AOL. I use the space bar but the words appear right after each other with no spaces. This occurs on Mozilla Firefox browser. It does not occur on Microsoft Office or on websites other then AOL, it only appears in comments on AOL. Using another browser does not produce the error, the problem is with AOL and my Mozilla Firefox browser. Can you fix this? Can someone email me a solution?

3. Delete Denver Post articles

   Every news article from the Denver Post only gives the first little bit then you have to subscribe to get the whole article. Nothing but a scam to make money. Stop posting them.

5. When I'm on the AOL News Carousel and am typing a comment to a news article, the words do not space, they're all run together. Fix?

   When I'm typing a comment response to an article on the AOL news carousel, the words do not space. There are no spaces between words. It's not my keyboard and it doesn't happen on other websites or Microsoft Office, it's just America Online news carousel. This just started happening a week ago. Is there a fix?

9. System Mechanic is invasive, like a virus

   It's not an idea. It's a complaint. A few months ago, (June, I think) I tried the 30 day trial for System Mechanic. It didn't work well for me, so I uninstalled it. Here it is September, and it still comes up every day!!! I can't find any files on it, I can't exit out of it without using task manager, and I can't contact iolo or the other company associated with it, as neither is accessible via the web. They both come up as suspicious or dangerous. Can you PLEASE get it off my computer? It disrupts mywork, and it slows me down on EVERYTHING.

11. CAN'T ACCESS MY EMAIL. CAN'T RESET PASSWORD. WAS TOLD I HAVE TO BUY A PREMIUM ACCT FOR IT TO BE FIXED!!!

    No longer have email access. Can't reset my password. No matter what I try, I always end up on the 'Uh Oh page' EVERY TIME - Called but NO help! Said in order to be fixed-I need to buy a premium account. (But that I don't have to keep it. --Suspicious & weird.) Is this a glitch or is this intentional to force your longtime users to pay.

16. getting bumped from the solitaire card game

    usually or every now and then or quite frequently or every so often once in a great while or about or almost everyday or almost every evenings while and during when I'm playing solitaire the card game I'm getting bumped from my card game and I have to keep going to my AOL email apps and click on games and then go to the solitaire card game and play it and in the middle of when I'm playing solitaire I'm getting bumped from it every time or in the middle of my playing solitaire the card game of it.

    If Trump had given the speech that Biden gave against half of the CITIZENS of this country the Dems would have found yet another witch hunt to start impeachment proceedings! Let's just go back to Biden's speech when he was inaugurated. He was all about bringing Republicans and Democrats together. The Democrats and administration seem to think they can spew lies as if we have no memory of what actually happened during Covid. Fortunately there is footage of the number of times President Trump called for schools to reopen, and teachers to return to the classroom. But of course this administration has to blame Trump to divert their total failures in education as well as border control.
