Get rid of or fix the Carrabbas ad that you area running in mail.
Running aol mail and ads on the right. Understand that., But when the Carrabbas ad opens, it hijacks my browser, opens a new tab, and then covers what I was originally reading. UNACCEPTABLE malicious code. Either force Carrabbas to fix their code so the ad only appears like all other ads or get rid of the ad. Tired of having my browser hijacked by this one ad

Get rid of constant AOL popups.
AOL does not seem to get the hint that I am NOT going to turn off my ad blockers. This constant barrage of popups asking me to "improve" my AOL experience by turning them off is not just friendly requests but constant harassment every time I turn a page. I'm paying customer and should not have to put up with this harassment.
I'm seriously thinking that switching to a new browser might be in order.
Once a person says NO, I think you should get the hint.

You now have asked for my password to be changed 4 times in the last four months. WHY WHY. ANNOYING. How many do you think I can remember? I have to sign in or get a email to a diff account or a phone call and then have to change again. IS AOL HAVING A SECURITY ISSUE THAT CUSTOMERS SHOULD KNOW ABOUT? If not, why the constant change?

Email sorting ability returned to our AOL Email Browser.
Bring back the ability to sort through our emails. My email box can have over 1200 in a day. This way, I can delete my emails faster and Unsubscribe them grouped together in less time! This ability would be more productive and convenient!

Abby Perez in Rochester, NY stabbed to death by new baby's father
I worked with Abby up until she was 8.5 months pregnant with her 3rd child. Her baby's father stabbed her to death on Thursday 08/14/25. Her oldest child's father is caring for all 3 children even though the youngest 2 are not his. when searching emails by contact, half the RE: title line is obliterated by a right side panel of useless statistics.
when searching emails by contact, allow the right panel of statistics to be closed or moved out of the way. I cannot find the email I am searching for (that is the purpose of the search) if half of the RE: line is missing.

While trying to login on my AOL account i am being forced to complete a 2 Step Verification process with the message "Is it really you" even though i have disabled that setting

Attempting to pay a bill.

Stop playing sounds on ads. It will be a email changer doe sure if it does not quit.
