How can I sign on to my email without being subjected to your left wing "reporting"?
How's this for an idea? Try fair and balanced reporting for a change. AOL is disgusting.

AOL needs to expand their verification telephone method. I do not have a phone that does testing, so I never get the 5 digit code you send.
Send code by email.

The new Email layout is horrible. I can't see attachments and it's extremely difficult to navigate.
Get a better email layout that's user friendly. The person with the most basic computer skills should be able to navigate the system. Too many ads that are not relevant.

FIX HEADLINE NEWS BOXES
Will you please fix the headline news boxes so they do not move forward to the next story automatically. I don't even get a chance to read the headline before it has moved. I would like it so it doesn't change until I click the forward arrow. I thought that is why you have the back and forward arrows.

How can I speak to an AOL representative?
According to my records, our monthly AOL fee is being paid via a direct charge to my bank account and to my American Express. Please have some respond to me to resolve this issue.

Be politically FAIR & BALANCED!
TRY THIS: Recognize that the U.S.A. is blessed to have the United States Constitution by which we have survived for almost three centuries. You offer a news blog that includes political content. As an American, I have a right to express my opinion. The wanna-be Socialist Democrats seem to purr right along, with little to ZERO problems from the machine that oversees the content of folks' posts.
You have taken my right to address the issues that currently plague our country.2861st ranked -
