Cut out the SPAM emails before they get to our inboxes ...
Most of them are so obvious that you can't miss them ... Unless you guys are getting kick-backs to send them anyway. And what about the " Unknownsender@Unknowndomain " ??? . You're software won't even let us block them in Spam Controls. And now we're getting the Unknownsender@unknowndomain with our email address attached to the end of it to bypass whatever poor controls that you do have. Maybe one of you lawyers out there could slap AOL / Yahoo with a Class-Action lawsuit to get their attention.

Whomever is in charge of your "rebranding" is an abysmal idiot! Who are you rebranding AOL for? Your current long time customers DO NOT NEED THAT HIDEOUS DISTRACTING *****-COLORED BAR AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE! We already know that we are using AOL, we don't need you to so obnoxiously point it out! Recovery for old cs sub accounts & Feedback to have an email contact instead of a forum.
First-the old cs sub account is idle for decades & was originally setup so the master account can access and control the login info, but it has changed and each sub-account, using the same sub email as recovery email. This create problems as there is no info to verify or recovery those account. AOL/CS/ Yahoo should change the policy so that the master account should be used as the recovery email and access to those emails, otherwise they are sitting wasted and idle for decades because no legitimate recovery info was every setup.

Extremely disappointed with the newest update. The IN BOX
When moving a message from the In Box to a Folder the message should stay at it was previously the update. It must show the name of the recipient not the sender. It is extremely important for us that use the computer to work and must identify the clients' names when it is file (not see my name, the sender)

No more Two-Step waste my time authentication!!!
As an AOL customer since almost before AOL came into being I resent the waste of time I must endure to access my email thru this two-step authentication process. What does it actually accomplish!!??

Photographs and videos in all news sections except Main stopped showing up on my phone only the news articles show. This problem 1 year old
Get videos and photographs to start coming up on phone in Entertainment, Sports, Finance, Lifestyle, Politics, and News sections in lieu of only news articles. Stop having technical support telephone operators from cutting you off during phone call like four prior operators did forcing call-back five times. Fix AOL telephone recording to receive requested input of first three letters of your e-mail address in lieu of it not working forcing to tell human instead.

make email acccidentially marked as Spam easier to correct back to new mail/inbox without losing those emails
