  1. At the direction of tech support, and a senior technician at AOL, I am submitting feedback for a technical issue

    Up until this morning, I've been able to check my *.cs.com email in the Gmail app on my Android phone. I have two *.cs.com accounts, the other one works just fine using imap.aol.com and port 993, and smtp.aol.com using port 465. And using SSL\TLS. But the other *.cs.com account won't authenticate against those mail servers. It doesn't work with the csi.com domain either, which support asked me to try. The error is username or password is incorrect. I'm able to get to my email in a browser at mail.aol.com, and through the AOL mail app which I installed on my…

  8. All of a sudden email links won't open in my browser. I have uninstalled the Aol app and changed browser from Firefox to Chrome

    I can no longer get links to open in browser from AOL app when opening emails. This is very frustrating. I have uninstalled and reinstalled AOL app and changed default browser and even did a factory reset on my phone and nothing has fixed this issue. The AOL support team has not been able to solve this also. Please HELP!!

    I resent the fact that AOL charges for AD REMOVAL. Secondly, the CRITEO is offensive ads, althought, one clicks on their portfolio to stop, it doesn't. If I have time later today, or another day, I may contact the FCC (Federal Communications Commission), to express my opinion with AOL and the choice of CRITEO ads.

  14. Comment "Report" and "Mute" function no longer available

    Every time one of your IT / Programming people change things up; you make it worse than it was to begin with. Not only has it become a pain, with unnecessary steps to view posts, now the "Report" and "Mute" functions are no longer available. The "up" arrow to share or copy a remark on other social media outlets is of less importance than when your AI censors don't catch obscenities or personal attacks and there's no way to remove the venomous rhetoric from the comment forum.   15. Go back to the old system that shows the different tables and can chat with players

    This new system you're using covers the names of the tables on the right side and to chat in a game, you have a complicated way which takes away from game. Your old system worked much better. Saved by grace!

  16. I don't know where these people checking prices live but I can tell you gas prices are way down from a year ago, so are eggs and other food

    I don't know where Luke or any of these other people live but I live in a state where gas prices are down, at least by half when Biden was in office. Egg prices are down and so are other food prices. maybe if you they didn't live in Blue states they could see a difference.

  17. moving arrows on articles

    stop moving where the arrows are to move to the next article! very frustrating to go to click where the arrows are on some of the articles only to have them moved continuously. is that so that people accidentally click on something they have no interest in so that the article gets clicks?? sometimes there are no arrows at all, what is up with that?? you are making scrolling through ridiculous ads disguised as articles harder, especially when you have no **** interest in them!

    i do not get why you allow words like 'murder' or 'assassination' in articles, yet if i/we use it in a post, it gets censored! if the word is allowed in a article, allow it in a post! rob reiner was murdered, charlie kirk was assassinated!
