  2. 2-step verification ends a deadlock

    2-step verification to a Yahoo account ends in a deadlock, Both wants the code from the other to sign in. Most interesting is that the account setting has 2-step verification turned OFF.
    How about adding to this "help" page > "https://help.aol.com/articles/help-signing-in" how to the delete the AOL/Netscape cookie that caused this Coding Bug.
    Lucky to have a friend visiting, to use their device to sign in to complete this post.
    Also there is need to retest that Verified this device works.

  3. I cannot comment on most articles

    I have a Macbook pro, use safari 15.6.1. I can't comment on most articles even though there are comment boxes and I other people have posted comments. I can't see their comments and I can't comment because there is no place that I can click on that says ''comment.''

    For years the app icon and the homepage logo was a pleasing shade of blue. Why did you change it to ugly yellow and black. It looks like a Caution traffic sign.

  9. AOL is rejecting all of my comments no matter how benign. AOL claims not to censor,, that is a lie. I have used AOL since it's conception. I

    I have used AOL since it's conception, I have never seen anything like what I am seeing now, Why post articles with a comment section and then not allow comments? The content moderation is ridiculous. Comments are rejected for using words that are in the article. The " Rules" appear to have been written by a 5 year old.

  12. This feedback forum is useless. AOL does nothing to fix the problems AOL creates.

    Does anyone at AOL even read this feedback? It doesn't seem so. The comments section on news articles is getting worse and worse. It's like AOL's programmers for the comments' forum don't have a clue as to what they are doing. It was working fairly well before AOL started using a pop-up for comments instead of just taking users directly to the comment in the CORRECT article when a user clicks on a comment in their profile or a notification that someone liked or commented on the user's comment.
