6. new December 2023 homepage is totally dysfunctional

    I want to add contacts to add address and email address!

    What happened to my contacts? I found out that it is all gone in my address book and phone numbers. It would be added to an email book.

    So there are two separate books!

    Address book include phone number and email address.

    Email book! It is easy to read all list of people's home and work emails all at once. For an example: PinkieDebbie@aol.com No add name and last name! So I can click email address to transfer to my email to anyone I know and I am able to send it.

    Click email address and it is done!

    No background in my writing emails!

    Color letters and different underlines!

    Just include bold, fonts, etc.

    Few yellow face smiles and solid color smiles! It is simple.

    I do not want to have many face smiles.

    Spelling!

    Let me choose my own personal and features in my compose!

    CC to whoever I want to note that it should be send emails. Click email and done!

16. draft emails!

    I have a hard time dealing with drafts emails.

    I typed email to the friend. It should not go to the draft even when I did not click so it would go to draft and anyone could edit it while I typed my email. I do not understand why it is already in draft and I am puzzled most of the time. I do often have two emails - one already in my draft and to someone. It is not right to do that way. Therefore, I am scared that anyone would edit without my permission and change the way I said. I feel like people read our conversation and it should be my privacy and they could edit without my knowledge. I am scared of draft and it should be my security and guarantee.

    If I typed and I decided to click draft and I can always edit the way I want to say in emails. It is always in my own words and I tried to read and know how I said in emails to anyone I know. I can rewrite in drafts and want to be sure that I want to say right to the people before sending to the right person and make that person smile and happy. Allright! Allright! Allright!

17. bring back the old home welcome page

    This new welcome page is obviously designed for teens, I don't need games on my welcome page, and the layout you have now is the absolute worst. I don't need so many pictures, I can read...I realize most kids today can't read, but they need to learn. Besides, the kids rarely use AOL....they prefer facebook and its ilk. At least give us the option to decide which style is best for us.....

18. Sync mainframe with customer's AOL information

    I changed my payment information in December 2023, I received a paper bill (1/16/24) stating that my old billing information was not working.I checked my account on my computer and the new information displayed. I called customer service and the old billing information was on AOL file. I was told that AOL mainframe did not have the change, Maybe your mainframe/servers need to be restarted. This is ridiculous !! AOL needs to pay attention. Maybe Quality Control?

    Why is it allowed for Choice Hotels to advertise a 30% discount for buying points and when you follow the link the discount is only 25%. I hate bait and switch!!!
