   Didn't you learn anything from Coca Cola, or the beer companies ?? "If it Aint Broke - Don't Fix it !!!

   I liked the old AOL for Decades. But then you had to come out with the "NEW" AOL... That was bad enough because it eliminated some of the features which I really liked about the original AOL, so I tried it a few
   times, but always went back to the original because it worked for me. So, that was bad enough, BUT, now you have even changed THE ORGINAL VERSION. Made it look different ( WORSE), Eliminated a couple of features that were convenient and worked well for me. ... ENOUGH is Enough ! .... I'm looking for a NEW Web Provider that cares about it's long term users and not just making changes and modifications to try to improve without feedback from your loyal users (for decades !!!!)... Your new AOL isn't great, and making substantive revisions to visual and content of the Original Version is an Insult !

2. Where is the help system, is removing it part of the new update?

   Cant delete mail because it always comes back. Why did you delete the help system that told me how to limit how long email is kept?

8. Could you please hire Assist personnel who are actually trained to provide technical support? And a place to report customer service issues?

   In the course of attempting to solve an email access problem, in November 2023, an AOL help desk technician deleted my email account and thereby deleted the email files on my desktop. Today, I attempted to have the files restored by your Assist team. The first technician searched Google for answers. When Google's assistance proved insufficient, she said she would consult with someone. Instead, she hung up. A second technician said that she could not locate any emails under my account. She told me to call back in a few days. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she told me that there was no supervisor. The third technician deleted my email account and started a download, which, after a few hours, restored the files that I already had - the past 6 months of messages. Before your technician deleted them, I had 12 years of emails stored on my desktop. I want them restored. I can see the messages on your server when I log into mail.aol.com but they will not download. And no one at Assist can assist.

    how about let me back into my acct. jaymo70@aol and keep your 500 a year security...those were MY security questions and answers...for my own access. Now im locked out because youve removed my access to recover on my own. All this changing stuff is not what ive wanted or asked for and i see now ALOT of aol accts are ****** off. Its difficult enough to replace a new phone and carrier but to think of all the things from 25 years ago that are attached to that phone number. I was confident i would always have my jaymo70@aol acct but, congrats for stealing my security questions and answers....well played AOL.
