    yall need to make it easier to where yall can send a recovery password to a different opton email if my recent one is connected i cant log in i cant connect to my old email to change my password for it so how can i get in like if my gmail is connected i should be able to do a password reset to my old account i cant get in it at all

  4. The given wait time estimate is not accurate on your home tech support from assist by aol phone number

    I believe I was given a estimated wait time of 5 or 10 minutes, I waited over 15 minutes and still did not have someone pick up the line. I just wanted to let someone know. Thank you.

    I am unable to comment at all any longer. You are censoring select users while allowing all the propaganda put out to be reported as news. I will no longer comment on anything and will stop using AOL as a news source. It may be time for me to look to another email provider as labor intensive as it is.

    My wife spent almost a 30 trying to reset account and was denied!!! She couldn’t remember security questions that she set many years ago. We’ve had aol for probably 30 years!! I know I’m speaking to a foreign national and not an American customer service hub. This system is bs🤬🤬🤬🤬

    Cristine was a very impressive helping me today with an email problem. I have used AOL for many years while on active duty with the military. She was outstanding today.

  8. AOL is publiched help support 24/7 however, today Sunday November 23, 2024 none of AOL telephone numbers published do not answer the calls.

    AOL is publiched help support 24/7 however, today Sunday November 23, 2024 none of AOL telephone numbers published do not answer the calls. AOL recording said "We are closed please call again" This recording do not support the way AOL published for service 24/7. It Must change if they seek client to remain paying you over $250.00 a year.

    Change everything back to June or May 2024. I’ve lost my mail. I’ve lost my contacts. It keeps asking for MMS or iOS I don’t want any of it. I just wanted the way it was in May 2024 please
    Erase any changes that you forced me to make since June 2024 I don’t have a security problem I don’t have a problem that I can’t fix otherwise so please make this thing usable or take it away

    In the past I have received a weekly newsletter from a *gmail.com
    account that is hard bounced as SPAM. How can this be corrected?
    The sender has confirmed that it was hard bounced!

  12. Human communication with computer competence

    I just had a really poor "connection" , that is, communication with an Assist by AOL computer technician. He kept talking over me and wanted to solve the problem before he knew what the problem was. He disconnected me while he had access to my Open Computer. I am very concerned. It is impossible to reach a Supervisor at Assis by AOL.

  17. Could you please hire Assist personnel who are actually trained to provide technical support? And a place to report customer service issues?

    In the course of attempting to solve an email access problem, in November 2023, an AOL help desk technician deleted my email account and thereby deleted the email files on my desktop. Today, I attempted to have the files restored by your Assist team. The first technician searched Google for answers. When Google's assistance proved insufficient, she said she would consult with someone. Instead, she hung up. A second technician said that she could not locate any emails under my account.
