Could you please hire Assist personnel who are actually trained to provide technical support? And a place to report customer service issues?
In the course of attempting to solve an email access problem, in November 2023, an AOL help desk technician deleted my email account and thereby deleted the email files on my desktop. Today, I attempted to have the files restored by your Assist team. The first technician searched Google for answers.
