  1. Separate the search screen away from the Favorites screen.

    Separate the My Favorite Places screen from the AOL Search screen like they were. I HATE THE COMBINED SCREENS. The way they were before was much better. I liked being able to minimize the Favorites screen so it didn't interfere with the open window reducing the viewing area. PLEASE RETURN THEM THE WAY THEY WERE.

  7. I now get unwanted ads on top of my AOL email inbox page. Please help me "upgrade:" WHICH EMAIL SERVICE SHOULD I SWITCH TO?

    AOL says I can get rid of the ads at the top of my inbox page by "upgrading" - by which AOL means I need to pay AOL more money each month.
    Can you suggest a better email service provider for me to upgrade to? One that won't suddenly start putting a new and unwanted set of ads on my email pages?
    I've asked AOL to give me suggestions.
    Just in case AOL fails to do that, I'd appreciate suggestions from others - you?

    My settings show I have 3.9k reputation points, but when I go to comment on an article it shows 1. I no longer get notification that my comment was liked or responded to (and I know both has happened by closing and reopening article and searching for my comment).Can you fix this?

  19. Olay Guava & Coconut for Bathing

    I recently purchased the above stated product for showering purposes. The amount I paid was $13.99 from Albertsons in Portland, Oregon. This product has the worse packing style ever! The container is designed to be placed at rest in the opening position. If not closed properly it runs out onto showering surfaces. It is my request to be reimbursed for my purchase price, as I am going to dispose of the remaining content.
