4. Safe search cant turned off

   I can't use my aol browser as things I try to access say safe protections are on, but they weren't on yesterday nor for the past 20 plus years of my using aol, I spend one hour and 10 minutes on the phone with a rep and they remoted in and he had his supervisor also on the remote and they couldn't fix it and told me to use aol for e mail and a different browser for web searching, I wanted to search using aol given the protections I have there...they said they don't know of this being a larger problem than mine, but I need to wait for the next update for them to address this glitch..huh? how do you turn on the protective feature for teens and let me use this the way I have for 20 plus years...quite furstrating for him to end out conversation not taking care of this, not submitting anything or giving me a higher person to help but telling me to go and write something on this site when I already spent over an hour explaining and clarifying the issues with them...isn't this your job? I am interested in my problem, not overly concerned with your next company update and what is needed...I have been with you for over 20 years, I would think I would get a focus and fix not a fill our a form and possibly after several months with an update this might be fixed...wouldn't you change companyies? I hate to do that as have been very happy with you but not happy now.

7. Olay Guava & Coconut for Bathing

   I recently purchased the above stated product for showering purposes. The amount I paid was $13.99 from Albertsons in Portland, Oregon. This product has the worse packing style ever! The container is designed to be placed at rest in the opening position. If not closed properly it runs out onto showering surfaces. It is my request to be reimbursed for my purchase price, as I am going to dispose of the remaining content.

    AOL search and Yahoo search are presenting my business as something it is not. When I search for my business on AOL.com, my company website appears but the description text appears to be generated and falsely claims that our business is something that it is not. Google and Bing do not do this. I can see that some articles from my website have the correct descriptions (from meta data / site text) but some do not. How can this be fixed? Is AOL generating this description information and if so, how can it be changed so that it is correct? I do not want my business to be appearing as something that it is not.

    How can I search ONLY my CONTACTS? Can Advanced Search have an option to only search Contacts for a name, company, suffix or keyword in AOL.com app on my PC.

    Oh it's so very simple
    1- bring back some older things that most enjoyed on the old AOL ie:
    Buddy Lists ~ IM's ~ our choice of fonts and sounds ~
    2- articles all 1 page with minium of ads so we can read article
    3- PLEASE cut down on SPAM
    4- How about techs who speak that we can understand

    I could go on as the list goes on and on but Hey you asked......

    I contacted your tech support today. A person named Angel assisted me. She refused to let me speak to a Supervisor about issues I had and kept trying to sell me $15 monthly service in which I did not need. She hung up on me after I asked to speak to a supervisor. She should be fired.
