  3. Return to what or how it was before you "IMPROVED" it, this has me looking for a entirely new provider

    Quit improving a system that marginly worked previously, now it is truly incapable of allowing me access to my information! I now must search for a new internet access, simply as the "New Improved" system sucks! I have used AOL for some 20 plus or minus years, and it has steadily become more useless! BTW, what terms of service?

  7. Every time a new site asks for my email I get email already taken. What gives?

  10. STOP TRAMPLING ON OUR FREEDOM OF SPEECH

    YOU ARE STOMPING ON MY FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH AND NEED TO STOP!!!! IF YOU CAN'T PRINT THE TRUTH THEN GET OFF THE INTERNET OR LET US SPEAK!!!!! WE PAY FOR YOU TO BE HERE, GIVE OUR RIGHTS TO US AND QUIT WITH THE TAKING DOWN OF OUR EMAILS. WHOEVER READS THESE EMAILS MAY BE PREJUDICE AGAINST WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT IE trump.   12. The "search mail" feature is basically inoperable.

    Since you changed the format? The "search mail" option is a failure in terms of ability to scroll up & down thru all your target items.

  16. How do I get rid of the new mail platform and get back the control I had on how I want my mailbox to function?

    Get rid of the new mail platform and go back to the original one. THIS NEW ONE SUCKS START LISTENING TO ALL YOUR COSTOMERS.

    Every time I click on a link - my aol browser goes to an aol search page???? WHAT IS GOING ON:? I cannot get to a web page, it only takes me to an aol search page. Please fix this!

  18. email from aol titled "Important security notice for your AOL account"

    I received an email from "AOL Member Services AOLMemberServices@email.aol.net" stating that my service would end because I use a 3rd party to access my emails. I suspect that this is a phishing email, but it's a little different the one noted below. It looks more official even though there are clues that it's not. It starts out "Hi AOL Member,

    We love that you love using AOL email. And we want to make sure you always have the best experience. That’s why we’re reaching out today. "

  20. Give specific feedback from the moderators other than saying the post didn't meet the requirements.

    How about letting posters have direct communication or feedback with the moderators on specifically what was wrong that was the reason for being rejected.For example when inappropriate language is the reason used, the specific offending words should be pointed out privately. I feel some things are flagged for no apparent reason.
