  1. My "sent" list DROPPED SENT msgs betw 9-17-2023 and 1-26-2017 WITHOUT my having deleted any of them. Aol needs to restore my sent messages.

    As I wrote in the "How can we improve?" box, AOL dropped my SENT message off my "sent" list for dates between 9-17-2023 and 1-26-2017. This happened WITHOUT my having deleted any of them.
    AOL needs to restore my messages.
    From my point of view this is a "critical" loss for me and failing on AOL's part.

  2. Please include all categories of email, especially sent and deleted in SEARCH. occasionally an accidental delete and absolutely need sent

    Please include all categories of mail, especially sent, those in saved folders and deleted in the SEARCH results. This has caused numerous problems. How hard can that be - search used to function that way. An incomplete search is fairly useless.

  3. I was able to switch back to Basic BUT! what happened to settings? where are font choices for style and size and color?

    Bring back (to Basic AOL) the font size, colors, style! Where did they go? I switched back to Basic because I could not activate spell and grammar check in the new version.....

  4. How you can IMPROVE!!!

    Oh it's so very simple
    1- bring back some older things that most enjoyed on the old AOL ie:
    Buddy Lists ~ IM's ~ our choice of fonts and sounds ~
    2- articles all 1 page with minium of ads so we can read article
    3- PLEASE cut down on SPAM
    4- How about techs who speak that we can understand

    I could go on as the list goes on and on but Hey you asked......

  9. Fonts - I use Safari. Would love to have a good "script"or cursive font.

  10. Stop your one sided political reporting

    You only report what you want your readers to know. It is obvious AOL is a political propaganda machine. If you can't report both sides of an issue, it would be better to stop reporting on politics.

  12. I would like more search options. My search apparently does not include all folders. Would like to be able to select folders to search.

    Let me select the folders to be searched, including Recently Delivered, Spam, etc. I can't even tell which folders you are searching. At the very least, tell me that.
