  1. email from aol titled "Important security notice for your AOL account"

    I received an email from "AOL Member Services AOLMemberServices@email.aol.net" stating that my service would end because I use a 3rd party to access my emails. I suspect that this is a phishing email, but it's a little different the one noted below. It looks more official even though there are clues that it's not. It starts out "Hi AOL Member,

    We love that you love using AOL email. And we want to make sure you always have the best experience. That’s why we’re reaching out today. "

  3. I'm getting a new tab when ever I click on a link.

    Every time I click a link to sign in or checking me email, I get a new tab/window, I don't like that feature. I only want one click one window.

  6. I would like more search options. My search apparently does not include all folders. Would like to be able to select folders to search.

    Let me select the folders to be searched, including Recently Delivered, Spam, etc. I can't even tell which folders you are searching. At the very least, tell me that.

  8. My "sent" list DROPPED SENT msgs betw 9-17-2023 and 1-26-2017 WITHOUT my having deleted any of them. Aol needs to restore my sent messages.

    As I wrote in the "How can we improve?" box, AOL dropped my SENT message off my "sent" list for dates between 9-17-2023 and 1-26-2017. This happened WITHOUT my having deleted any of them.
    AOL needs to restore my messages.
    From my point of view this is a "critical" loss for me and failing on AOL's part.

    You only report what you want your readers to know. It is obvious AOL is a political propaganda machine. If you can't report both sides of an issue, it would be better to stop reporting on politics.
