    Hi there,

    While most spam should be caught by our Spam filters, occasionally some can slip through. If that does happen it's very important to mark the email as Spam. It lets our system learn that messages from a specific place are not good and helps us make AOL Mail even better at recognizing future spam emails. Additionally, you can create filters to send specific emails to Trash, on the webmail at mail.aol.com and they will work while on the app as well.   3. Please do your job and get rid of all the spam. Seem to get more everyday. You don’t seem to be doing anything to stop it.

    I receive a ton of spam everyday. Most are offensive and unnecessary. You should be doing a better job.

    By default, we block access to AOL Mail from outdated apps that could leave your account vulnerable. If we sent you an email indicating that your app is using outdated security protocols or you’re unable to log in from an older app, you still have several options available to you.

  6. indicator on new emails not working

    All of a sudden the indicator for a new email message doesn’t work on my iPad. Hasn’t worked on my iPhone for a while. Nothing has changed with my settings and I’ve verified that I AM set up to show my number of new emails. Fix this.

    AOL webmail is a free email service that is made possible by marketing ads. If you find the ads to be distracting, you can temporarily hide them and even give feedback on them. To do this, hover over the ad and click the "X" in the upper right corner. You'll be given the option to temporarily hide the ad or provide feedback on it. Permanently remove ads by purchasing Ad-Free AOL Mail subscription.

  10. iOS version of app is broken

    My new mail is placed in the trash folder before I even get to see it! Notifications try to show me the new mail from my inbox, but since nothing is there, it “hangs”.
    This needs fixed ASAP, please.

  11. Spam confirmation setting not working again.

    The app is back to requesting me to confirm spam and if I want to unsubscribe instead. I just want it gone. It is spam, I have option to confirm off but it doesn't matter. It had stopped asking for awhile now back to asking. Filters aren't always working when sender just keeps using different spoofed emails. I know how to make filters. Don't need those instructions again.
    I have confirm reporting spam option turned off. Still asked if I want help Unsubscribing from the email address. Have your option settings actually work.

  14. I cannot add an account in the app

    When I try to add an account it takes you to the “prove you are not a robot” then it never loads it just spins forever….both my iPads do this

    Both iPads used to work fine with the AOL app but not now…

  15. Delete multiple emails at one time

    I used to be able to delete multiple emails at one time. I can no longer do this. You can only do one at a time. Can you please respite this function?

    To delete email in the app you have a few options:
    - From the message list you can swipe to the left on a message to delete.

    - You can tap on a message to open it and tap the trash can in the lower left.

    You can tap on the icon to the left of the sender’s name and then tap the trash icon in the lower left corner

    To delete multiple messages simultaneously:
    - Tap the icon to the left of the sender’s name on each message you wish to delete (this will show the selection circles for all of the list)
    - Tap the trash icon in the lower left

  16. Can’t find my AOL email contacts

    The only contacts is my AT&T CONTACT PHONE NUMBER... I want my aol email contacts

  17. Downloaded the new AOL app. Results, need instructions on how to operate my mail, lost what I had previously.

    Lost the ability to use the email as I known it. Need instructions on how the new account works.

  18. Create app or provide settings for VERIZON.NET accounts

    It’s been painful trying to use a Verizon.net account Works in AOL app which I prefer not to use.

    Provide clear settings for pop and imap mail settings along with PORTS so we can configure our own client.
