Fix notifications!

Ever since the new update... even though my settings on iPhone 11 are set up correctly, the sound notifications do not work. They work for every other app... I rebooted the phone, changed my password... even went to the ATT store to verify... it is definitely the app! Please fix this!

    Please fix the sound and notifications! This is the second time this has happened.

    PLEASE FIX the notifications for iPhone. Since February I have not been receiving alerts for new emails! They work for all other apps, but the aol app suddenly stopped notifying me of incoming mails!! This needs to be fixed.

    The app needs an update. It's stopped showing me notifications for emails on my iPhone 11. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app twice, I've checked all my phone settings and it still won't show notifications.

    Once again
    Notifications & sound are not working again. This has been an issue off and on since the original app was changed. This is ridiculous. Please fix.

    I did the following and it seems to be working: on iOS 14.4, settings, safari, advanced, website data. Delete anything that looks like it is aol related. I found two entries and deleted them. So far, so good.

    I have tried logging out and back in but I can’t get my email to update. The newest email is from February 9th.

    Same problem here, iPad generation 6, iOS 14.4. I’ve missed timely emails because of this. I erased all settings and content, restored my iPad, uninstalled and reinstalled the AOL app and nothing works. All notification settings are on, both on iPad and app and still no notifications. Please fix this.

    Ever since the new update I no longer receive notifications on my iPhone. This is horrible. Please fix. I have all my settings set correctly and I’m still not getting the notifications. In addition, how do I get the location of my weather notifications to change????? It used to be fine and now it’s showing some random town????

    I’m the same I’ve not had any notifications since the new update/app and honestly I wish they never bothered changing it I had no issues with the old one but the lack of notifications is really bothering me

    March 3rd, still an issue. No notifications of new messages on any Apple device. @AOL

    I do not get any notifications of new emails. No sounds no nothing. I have to open the app to see if I have any emails. How do you correct this? Nothing has worked so far.

    Please get someone who can fix the notification issue so we can get notified when we get emails
