    I have 10s of thousand messages that I need to keep in my inbasket. I can only see a couple days of messages in this version. If that can’t be fixed, I will need to go back to previous version.

    I keep getting failed to load messages when i open most emails. I keep pressing try again and nothing, i also don’t like the constant ads. Sure it’s great to show me of a previous email that has a coupon. But the new version of the app has made it difficult to read emails, also when I delete emails. They show up again as unread...

    Go back to the previous version. Should’ve dumped AOL years ago and this is the last straw for me. I hate Google, but GMail here I come.

    There are some good things in this new version. But I cannot see more than “Today” and “Yesterday’s” email messages. This will not work for me as I keep a trail of messages in my inbox. Am I missing something?

    App keeps saying message failed can’t open them . Or I have no new emails when I do . I have to log on to the website to see them . I eared emails it puts them right back in my new emails box . I hate this app . I want my old email app back .

    Bring back old interface. Logos by the messages may be pretty but they serve no purpose other than take up space. Emails frequently fail to open until “retry” is tapped, often as many as 4x. What happened to the “empty folder” option on trash and spam folders. I don’t like having to select each item to be deleted. It is unnecessarily cumbersome. Overall, it is a very poorly conceived update that offers no apparent advantage over the original interface. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

    I have messages in my inbox that I have left there intentionally and now with update I can’t get to them. I only see messages from today and yesterday.

    This new app is horrible. I can’t access my spam box anymore, it just keeps loading. Some of my inbox messages won’t display at all. I can no longer select and delete messages, I have to read them first. Fix this or I am deleting this app in favor of a non-aol app.

    My biggest complaint is having to sign in dozens of times a day to check my mail. Leave me logged in if I want to log out or log myself out

    idk how to make a complaint but my mail isn’t loading and it’s making me angry i updated my phone to 14.3 but it still isn’t working and i redownloaded app

    Make it so I can get my emails instead of that buffering circle thing. Another “fixing” of something that worked?

    I opened the AOL app and it now has a new format and the most recent inbox email is 3 hours ago while
    None of the other mailboxes show any emails. I allowed it to stay open for 15 minutes and it never refreshed.
