This new app doesn’t work. It’s a pain in the butt. I’m having trouble receiving and especially sending emails. This is Not ok.

I got in contact with AOL representative her solution was to subscribe to AOL full package and pay $14 per month to have a high tech discuss my issue

AOL’s old system stopped working, I used aol’s new email for a week and now it also doesn’t work. I updated the recovery address and phone #, however since my aol email isn’t working I can’t receive the 5 number verification code. I’m a frustrated unhappy senior citizen!
