Disappearing List of Contacts on iPhone and iPad on AOL Mail for iPad & iPhone
Yesterday I used your latest update for the mail program and for a minute the Contacts were back again. Shortly afterwards I opened the app again and the Contacts had disappeared once more. In the Contacts panel on the iPad app I do not have any options such as you suggested to Restore the List of Contacts, all I can do is add a new Contact, find a Contact or close the panel. Can you please help me or write a new update that will work. Thank you.

I have the same issue my contacts keep disappearing when I log out I have to reinstall the app they’re there when I log out go back later they’re gone I have called Aol several times didn’t seem to know what the issue is just said I need to send a comment on feedback still happening I can access my contacts on the web browser version but not on the mobile app
