I cannot open attachments in aol app via my iPhone. It’s working on my computer but not my phone. Help!

I cannot open attachments in aol mail on my iPhone . I can open on my computer but not my phone. Why? Need resolved asap!

    can't open email on iphone but can on ipad and macpc
    plz rectify immediately.

    AOL sucks - the absolute worst! Always changing procedures for no reason. Used to be great - now you’re bordering on mediocre!
