How can we improve the AOL app?

Allow setting to default to inbox when opening app

I use AOL app primarily for mail. Until a few days ago, the app opened directly to my inbox. Now it suddenly opens to the Home tab, and I can’t find any way to set it to my preference.

    It’s obvious AOL is politically left which is why they have forced us to look at news favorable to the left liberal agenda like most other media news. Pay attention to the nature of the stories they feature.

    Very annoying. Please give the option to open directly to email as was in place since the last Millennium.

    Plus, some of the news and sports headlines on the opening screen are trashy and sensational. Go back to direct access to email.

    I saw a reply to another request for this…AOL said looking into it but in the meantime just hit inbox in the lower left…I’m sure we’ve ALL figured that out. No, it’s not hard to do but it’s ANNOYING that we have to! Please fix this.

    Ok I get it - you sell ad space and no one sees it. But we should have the OPTION to see the news or our inbox or whatever first - this shouldn’t be a non-changeable thing!

    This is a stupid “feature”. There certainly should be an option of what page to open on.

    And if I switch accounts, don’t make them come up in “home”.

    I don’t give a **** about seeing the news and **** when I want to just see my mail. If and when I want to see your news items, I will open it to that part.

    Not sure why this change was made but it is annoying! I use AOL for email so open up to my inbox PLEASE!

    I agree with the others! I use this account for email only and don’t want to see the news. Please fix this.

    Not happy about opening the app and seeing news instead of my email. Change it back to when you open the app so that email opens.

    Now when I do open Mail it automatically opens the first email WHY WHY WHY DANGEROUS
