How can we improve the AOL app?

I cannot access my AOL email thru the app or the website. I have followed all the instructions for fixing this issue and none work. I

I need someone to answer my chat IN PERSON or answer the phone!

    They keep saying to sign in to get help but I CANNOT SIGN IN. I want someone from aol to CALL ME
