Error loading email
There’s an error updating my email. It says I have so many in my account, but it does not load them. I reported to AOL the only way to see my emails. I have to go to a web browser and type in.com.

Reinstate the ability to view AOL emails on the aol.com website
Since the latest update I can’t view my emails on the aol.com website any more. Clicking the Mail icon on aol.com takes me automatically to the aol app. I don’t want this - I use the website view because it’s easier to see what emails I’ve got because the app doesn’t give the detail in the centre of the screen until you click on an email to read it, otherwise it’s blank. Why?? It doesn’t make sense, either give the app this functionality or reinstate the ability to stay on aol.com please.

Fix copying text when replying to email
Since updating to my iPhone 16, I cannot manually highlight/select custom text blocks when replying to an email in the AOL app. The screen scrolls rapidly and drops the selection handles as soon as I lift my finger. This only happens in reply windows, not new drafts. Please fix this text selection constraint bug in the next iOS app update."

Business idea: AOL +++. Only for users that want modern quality of interface between multiple email, TEAMS, and social media accounts, are willing to use AOL email as main account, early adapters of AOL modem, now 50+ to 80 +. You biggest strength was making it simple for all! Use it to your best advantage. If people forget to cancel AOL+………🤷♂️

iOS app no push
The standalone iOS aol app has no push for emails. Have reinstalled and toggled on and off notifications in system settings, still never working. Settings everywhere both In iOS system and in standalone aol app are perfect.

Sick to death of vile unwanted unsolicited spam messages from dating agencies and the sex industry, filling my aolspambox daily. Yes, I know exactly how to delete en bloc, but I am still subjected to foul and obscene headers.

I missed an invitation to a public interview because AOL Mail automatically filtered an important email into the spam folder.
I recently discovered an important email from sleeping@vrchat.com about a public interview, but it was sitting in my spam folder due to an automatic filter by AOL Mail, and I missed the deadline. Given the circumstances, how do you plan to handle this? I am quite concerned as I was expecting the $30 compensation for this interview.

The ability to send larger files
Only allowed 25mb videos in this day and age is insane.I cannot even send a video to tech support on the issue Im having with another app. This is something that need to change, otherwise there is no choice but to use other email apps

Hallo ich wollte heute eine Datei an eine e-Mail hängen, Das war nicht möglich, ich sollte erst meine Einstellungen überprüfen und wurde verlinkt, das war auch nicht möglich. Das mehr als ärgerlich, weil es nervt und Zeit frißt ohne Ergebnis. Gruß Volker Reschke

Allow folders created with emails to be sent out in files and also allow for multiple email chains to be sent out at the same time rather than individually which is way too time consuming and forces someone like me to rather use a different email or different app while considering leaving my longtime aol email, which is my favorite but has way too many limitations for what I need to use it for.
