    Even the "Basic" email is different!?!?

    I found the "Switch to Basic" link only to find that the "Basic" version has been changed as well.

  10. LESS IS NOT MORE

    I use a kindle fire and your new email format is inferior to that previously provided.I don't mind the ads BUT links in body of received message do not work AND type is too small AND predictive addresses are not available when composing AND reuse of mail address from sent box is also not available

  12. By putting the old format back

    Please put the old format back like it was before before you loose a lot of customers. You should have use some common sense before you change your site. But I know most people do not have common sense.
    So do the right thing and bring back the old site that we grow to love.

  14. What happened to the view

    What happened to the old view?
    Suddenly my email is different and I have less choices.
    I have been with AOL since 1996 and now they want me to pay to be able to navigate like I use to?????

    This is the response I got from AOL for my complaint about spam
    "Hi,

    We wanted to let you know that an idea you supported, Why has my spam, has been combined with a similar idea so we can consider them together."

    How on earth DOES THAT HELP?!? Every time I mark a McAfee spam as spam, I get more!!!
