    Awful Awful. Awful
    Hate the full ads with pictures
    No new features are necessary
    Will be taking steps to switch to another carrier
    Whose idea was this.....bet they don't use AOL!!!!
    Could you make the type any smaller

    I want to see my old mail separate from my new. This new configuration is the worst. Put it back the way it was

    Rubbish layout. Emails all look the same. Have to look twice before I know what email I’m opening. Want to delete selected emails but have to know go to different pages.. time consuming. Will be changing email to a different company if this is not sorted soon.

    I do NOT like the new format!! It's not user friendly and is very hard to navigate! I want the old format back!!! This one STINKS!!!!

    I don't like this. And I don't like the ads in my face. And I don't expect people are flooding to AOL... People laugh at me when they hear my email is AOL, as I have had it for over 20 yrs. Tic-Toc, don't give me a reason to change! Companies are changing all around me and I show my dislike by "moving on" and taking business elsewhere.

    Awful. Can't access my saved mailing group. Totally not intuitive. Whoever thought this is an improvement on what was working perfectly well needs to be disciplined immediately. Change for change's sake, unnecessary and worse than before.

    Why are you IT clowns so f*cking arrogant to think you know what's good for the users?? The lot of you should be FIRED for screwing up something that, while not perfect, did the job well for all the people who haven't yet ditched aol for gmail.

    Congratulations you took an easy way of accessing mail and made it so much more difficult to use. I learned a long time ago that you shouldn't fix what's not broken.

    What has happened to my aol email. It is rubbish! I want the old format back now! I cannot delete ads as they cannot be ticked! Everything is all over the place. Please change it or I will delete this account!

    New format sucks. I can select emails but there's no easy way to delete or move them that I see
