    I hate this new format, too. Please give us back the the old one.

    I am 64 years old. I like the old version better. If I want to change to something else I will change it my self. Please put back the old version.

    I don't like this new way. I cancelled things days ago and they are coming back in. Do not want this. It's terrible.

    Where is OLD MAIL? Called AOL LIVE HELP and THE CSR doesn’t even know about this NEW VERSION!!! How do you have LIVE HELP that has NO CLUE?!?

    This new mail version is terrible!!! Put it back the way it was. Anyone still using AOL mail is likely older and not happy with your "improvements".! Just like ME!! I get a lot of teasing about still using AOL.. Maybe it is time to change!!! Gmail is free, right?

    My Old Mail and my Recently Deleted Mail files are gone. Both of these are important to me in case I need to check or retrieve messages in these files. I also do not like the font. It is small and difficult to read. But most importantly, please give me back my Old Mail and Recently Deleted files!

    I can't find mail that was in my inbox this morning. This is a major mess. I do my email efficiently. I don't need someone to put my older emails in another inbox. I keep an email if it's something I need to retain. I go through my email multiple times a day and I delete what I don't want. Put the old style back.

    I'm with all of them. Put it back. Adds in emails. Really. Sad. Just like everyone else. Glad I don't use aol as my main email. Could stop using and not miss it.

    Agree, this is awful...how do I go back or how do I transfer my info to a new sysyem? Also, how about answering these questions?
