    Why should anyone have to open spam and scroll to the bottom in order to be able to move the spam into the spam holder?

    Just go back to the old version, why fix what's not broken!!!

    Once again, return to old version.... New version is too confusing.... Can't figure out how to delete spam simotanniusly???

    AOL--PLEASE listen to us-your PAYING customers. This attempt to "refresh" AOL mail is AWFUL!! Please return to previous version. It is so buggy, keep getting 'first time using device? Then code not accepted! Please, dump it or I will go elsewhere.

    Want to delete al emails in trash, not to select one by one to delete. Font is too small

    The new mail isn't very user friendly. Two or more steps to do things that were one click before. Scroll all the way to the bottom of an email to delete, forward, etc. Took away scrolling through email and now have to press next and previous? Why?? I pay a lot of money a month for this now cumbersome email service.

    The new format is not user friendly on my tablet. Small text and I have to click next to see my emails.
    Hate it and will move to a different provider
    Change it back

    When will you put back the old email. This is impossible on my kindle. If not put back, I will have to change email providers. Can't you see from all the complaints that we HATE it?

    I do not like this new format. It is much harder to use. I really like to old format better for ease of use.

    The new version is much less functional. I especially hate that ADS are presented in the same format as mail. It is harder to refresh the inbox, delete or move things, or access old mail. As someone with visual issues, I DO NOT like the new font and font size; it feels much less accessible. I also do not like the new arrangement having to page through mail instead of endless scrolling. In addition, I miss being able to sort my mail by things like who sent it and being able to see ONLY my u read mail in the inbox. Overall, this update has made the whole experience much less fuctional and accessible. Please return to the old version immediately.

    Very inefficient. Fonts too small. No access to actions e.g. delete.
    Bring back the functional app!!!

    This version sucks
    Its not easy
    I can't access emails quickly
    I can't access contacts quickly
    There is no old mail section so you have to scroll thru new mail to find old mail
    Please don't try to fix something that is working fine

    It's horrible. How do I move mail to a folder?
    Search function is compromised. Response is slower.
