How can we improve AOL Mail?

The new Aol mail is unusable. You can improve it by returning to the previous AOL mail.

Can't read Informed Delivery, old mail gone, help site doesn't he!p. This is a major mess. I've used AOL mail since 1996 and will have to switch it it isn't fixed. That would be a major headache with all the places I'd have to change contact information but I can't live with this new AOL mail!!!

    Are you (AOL) trying to literally shut your business down? Revamping formats to an user un-friendly is not helping your primary users that's been with you since birth or close to it of this program. Listen to what the people are asking. Unless there is a purpose to eliminate issues from the old programming or maintenance, there could have been a mild update, not one that will cause you to loose it's customer base.

    This really sucks!!! Just deleted a contact when trying to move in the new lousy format. No file for recently deleted. Cannot email anyone because addresses no longer come up. Would take forever to scroll through contact list. No longer a delete all button in the spam file! Time to cancel after 20 years.

    You had no right to remove the "Old Mail" folder. This needs to be replaced along with the Delete All feature for Trash. I don't have time to touch each message twice to remove it. I will say goodbye to Aol if this doesn't get returned to the Original set up. 😡

While we can’t respond to every suggestion, we review them regularly and take them very seriously." unquote. To improve my (our!) AOL mail experience I suggest you switch back to the version available until, when was it? 12 hours ago? This new version is unusable. I sure hope you'll take this suggestion seriously. Using AOL mail since you took over Netscape, bit if this mew version stays I'll be looking for another mail provider.

    I can't find a way to delete multiple emails. This is ridiculous!

    Can't send any e mail's out from my contact list no place to write any why the **** did you do this even my old mail is GONE put old mail back this is unusable.

    This system is awful . Where is my old mail I need to reference it. Please change and return to the former system.

    What kind of joke is this new version? Worst version of an email format I have ever seen. Hate to have to change email after many, many years.

    Please don't change what already worked just fine. I do not like what you did as it is very hard to find and read email messages now.
