Because of a bad exper. with postal delivery, I get emails daily showing me scanned images of the mail that is to arrive from the post office to my home. This is called USPS informed delivery. I am made aware by looking at the images of what will arrive at my home and thus can monitor for missing mail. Since your new mail layout began, I click on the mail image and no photo appears rendering my ability to check for mail etc. useless. It's important I see the mail I'm supposed to be getting, so I can know if something is missing! I also also tried to open a photo I sent from gmail to aol, once again the image will not open! This has happened on various devices of mine that I've tried. Your new email gig is sickening! If not fixed it is useless to the general public! I also can't delete massive amounts of junk mail anymore in one click. Please fix this or go back to the old layout!!
