Email Contacts List
When I try to sort my contacts by the last name, it goes thru, however, when I try to forward an email it reverts back to the first name instead and does not stay as the last name as previously listed when I hit sort by last name. I spent an hour on the phone with one of your representatives, Corina in the Philippines and the issue could not be resolved. She saw for herself what the problem is but was unable to have it resolved using remote control of my computer trying several different ways to correct the problem. Please fix this as I have never had this issue come up before. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
