I'm having a terrible time with the new format in email. Can I please have the old format back? Please! Please!

    Why the no-notice change from an absolutely great format to this current garbage! What were you'll
    thinking? Microsoft Edge looks like a great option now. Is this what a divorce looks like after 30+ years with AOL?

    I don't like the new version. And it isn't even an option it's something you have to have, so I don't like that. If it were an option istead of it being forced on you that would be better. You can't even change the font size on this new version. Change it.

    Doesn't the customer service read these comments? there is nothing like giving the customers something they do not want.

    Can't see the itty bitty print, can't change the font, can't change the size of the font, can't do nothing! Is that what you wanted to accomplish screwing things up?

    I hate the new format! It isn't workable! Does not suit needs. It is plain awful! You've succeeded in messing things up royally!

    I really hate the new format. If I wanted the look of Gmail, I'd use my Gmail!! Please change it back! Also I'd like to have all of my previous emails back please.

    The new email format is horrible and buggy, everything takes more clicks, why copy Google? Please at least give us the option of opting out and going back to the old look. The ease of the email is why I've stayed with AOL so long. Please give us a choice.

    I am unable to send group emails anymore without entering each address individually. Instead of scrolling down to older emails I need to keep changing pages to access them. I have to wonder if this change was not politically motivated, it takes a lot longer to forward information. When I tell someone my email address they laugh and say "are you still with Aol?". Not anymore, I am switching to Google. Bye.

    New version is rubbish. Can't change font size or add bold/underline etc

    I am 75 years old and I am horrified to find this completely alien set up, without having been given any notice. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE put everything back to how it was before - for one thing, I was able to make the type face any size I wanted - the new font size is HOPELESS for someone my age. I HATE the new format and if you don't put it all back how it was I shall never have anything more to do with you.

    I can't look at this new version which appeared without any advice, too bright, not helpful. Is that the way to carry on a business? Were any users consulted on this? You are in danger of losing a lot of goodwill from loyal people who have been with aol mail for many many years.

    This is the most ridiculous set up I have ever encountered
    I absolutely HATE it
    It was perfect before. I cant even scroll down through my emails now.

    I see that I am not the only one annoyed by this arbitrary change in format. I also do not see any way I can change it back to the way I liked the display. Go back to the previous format or give me the choice to choose the format. Is this some premature and cruel April Fool's joke? If so, it is not funny. BTW – what happened to all my tabs?

    The old version was better. This aligns more with Yahoo or gmail.
    In turn, less functionality, but with the page turning, more ads can no be crammed down our throats.
