I'm having a terrible time with the new format in email. Can I please have the old format back? Please! Please!

    Where's the split screen preview? You've replaced buttons with drop down menus where it's not always clear what's behind them. Hope this is your idea of a April Fool's joke, AOL.

    AGREED! I seriously dislike it. It takes longer, there are more steps, and it's just terrible. OLD VERSION, PLEASE!

    YES it's dreadful! I want my preview back and I don't want a huge list of email in view! Only the ones I want!

    This new format is disgusting, as you can see by the thousands of comments. Nothing works. Try sending a group email from contacts, DOESN'T WORK!!! The groups are there, but you can't access them!! What kind of upgrade is this, why would you make it much worse, are you trying to destroy AOL Mail so you can drop it? That seems to be the case, I will be leaving AOL mail since you destroyed it!

    Everything about this sucks, sucks, sucks, sucks. Attaching a dozen files individually using a million clicks rather than by a single drag-and-drop? This is a joke. GIVE US BACK THE OLD INTERFACE and fire the person who came up with this idea.

    I HATE the new format. HATE it. If I wanted this I would use my Gmail and Yahoo accounts for everything. The format is the only reason I kept AOL.

    Horrible. No way to change. No "Options" facility.
    Revert back. Stop trying to reinvent the wheel.

    Please provide an option so that I can choose if I would like to have a different style of inbox.
    The current 'AOL help' information suggests that there should be a setting which can be changed.
    A new/old style, or unified on/off option should be made available.

    I hate the new layout. I have always referred the previous style and the unsolicited adds appearing like messages is really annoying.

    What have you done? I can't find out how to have the first line of the message appear again. I have to tab to an additional page and can't just scroll down for older messages. It is NOT better, it is WORSE
