How can we improve AOL Mail?

Give back the old version please.

I'm having a terrible time with the new format in email. Can I please have the old format back? Please! Please!

    How dare you change my AOL format without my consent? This is the worst thing I have experienced since 25 years of my AOL account. Anyone knows how to go back to the old format.

    I had a friend email me a picture which was not available on my studio AOL system.
    However it was on my analog smart phone.
    What is going on with the AOL team?
    Is AOL now incompetent and unconcerned about its users?
    I have been with AOL for years and years and most of them were as a paying member.
    I do not understand AOL's lack of concern.
    And i note ZERO response from AOL.

    This new version sucks. I want the old version back.. I pay monthly for this trash. If I cant get it back, I will go to Gmail and its free.

    Bring back the previous version of AOL's emailing functions.
    This new version lacks many features we relied on.

    How do I get my old AOL back. This one is the worst yet. It has lost a lot of the features and I can't figure out how to do things. Also, lost some of my contacts. Please tell me how to delete this one. If I can't figure it I will have to go somewhere else.

    Designer needs to look at how complicated and awful he/she has made this new email format. Please return us to the previous format.

    The new format is absolutely APPALLING!!!! It's a totally unnecessary change for the sake of change. There is NOTHING about it that is an improvement, it's slow, my contacts list has disappeared too.
    I run a local football league referees panel from this address and it's causing me real problems, Please return us to the previous format NOW!!!!

    This version is not at all intuitive. Requires extra steps to review mail by page, requires extra steps to address an email, it's hard to read the small print. If you can't do better, it may be time to change providers although I've paid for and used AOL for decades. Now I see it requires my agreeing to things I don't want even to give you feedback. What a shame.

    Please give me the old version back, there is not one feature of this new version that works. HELP!!!!!!!
